Stop being facetious, it’s tiring. The update will clear up at least some of the nonsense being spread around (Simon Thompson was talking drivel). We know this is nothing more than a collateralised loan. The error was his not telling the board and consequently the market. Musk did the same with his Tesla shares, it’s common for CEOs to raise funds this way - basically it’s a misdemeanour. What we have yet to discover is whether the lender sold those shares, forcing the price down and as such getting more shares posted as collateral and repeating the exercise. A sharp practise that could ultimately destroy the individual but makes no discernible difference to the company - bar an unnecessary and painful share price drop. If this is the case then there is an institution out there who are on the hoc to buy the shares back they’ve sold if the loan gets returned. It could make for an interesting few months but beyond the fact that he simply was sloppy over disclosing the use of his shares as collateral we know mother else. Let’s see what we find out when they do the update and take it from there.
So lord1 is this up date on the divorce case (I hope he has not got a dog or his wife will want custody AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE PETS :-) ) or will it be proper updates about CTL operations
I am told an update will be made before the end of this week.
Let's just hope Steve makes a situation statement of reassurance very soon.
The longer he leaves it, the more confidence and credibility will wane.

Ayecuramba first rule in investing is Never go against the trend which is down
09:21 I like being 'rite' thanks will take my chances with the business not some meaningless graph, thnx...
Ayecuramba your rite this keeps going down you will loose your money IF you invest this will end up at 2 pence
08:52 - yeah because as we all know graphs can only ever go in the same direction :-)
JUST LOOK @ the share price graphs this is going down all the time. face the truth its now 11 pence lol
There are some people on these boards worth ignoring. Has the story changed? No. Is Steve Kesler a suitable replacement for Aldo? Yes Does the pilot plant work? Yes.
There are a number of key milestones coming up and hopefully CTL swiftly move on from this.
LOOK AT THE SHARE PRICE GRAPH OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS IT IS just going down from the initial rise lol. Graphs don't lie
CTL IS A SELLL ON MOVING AVERAGES 14 SELLS 0 BYES
Denby, why are you laughing at the SP going down and reducing the value of investor's holdings?
I guess it is more important for you to be right and to tell everyone you are right, eh?

Based on the graph it going down down down He HE He.
17:02 - Based on what or just a hunch?
Reality is CTL has some serious people working for it and 1 person even the CEO is not irreplaceable, Steve is very competent and experienced, he knows this is a big winning play and know there are bumps along the road with any big win, he will step and and take this over the finishing line...
Have built a strategic position as I think the projext is solid - the ceo has done himself over (due to a messy divorce from what I understand) - he will likely go but the project remains and it’s moved forward quite a lot - that’s not going to stop because of this… it doesn’t look good to be fair but he basically securitised his position thinking the share price was fine and has been done over on the performance - he’s hardly the first to get caught wrong footed in this manner- the question is how crucial is he to the project, a lot less is my thinking than say a couple of years back…. They are a much larger operation now and well set in their plans - this is something that I hope is dealt with quickly and cleanly and they can get back to the real work that is ongoing. Selling here is not a rational position especially if whoever the loan party was has divested the shares - that’s a big chunk that’s moved hands….
Plenty of larger buys going through between £12k and £15k someone else is loading on the cheap.
CTL have been held back for far to long by the loose speculation from the government about strategic and non-strategic mines and who will be controlled by the government. CTL has recently been classified as being free to do their own business, last week also gave the licenses the go ahead to be finalised, by end Q2 I think. JV to follow that with a major player, already lined up...not bad really, I recon...fill ye boots at this price.
