Announcements are always: delays, new presentations and discounted raises...the pattern has been in place for last 3 years...

Shareholders misled and more delays and more cost....the board will have known this prior to the raise....

Selling of shares and keeping warrants...getting nervous are we...

Did Kesler hire another CEO or not???? To great fanfare and he lasted at best a few weeks. You maybe happy with the "progress" but LTH do not share this view. There has been severe mismanagement the share price and market value remain at extremely low levels. Personally I am hoping for ratification and a bid as other than Ignacio the board have made far too many errors....enjoy the new presentation....

The misinformation he found Ignacio.....no Kesler hired an Australian who lasted 5 mins....Ignacio was second choice. Equally Kesler has resided over discounted raise after discounted raise.....Until the board start to deliver on share price I will call out the nonsense...

The win is when they start to deliver on share price performance...who benefits with a low share price? Regal as they have always wanted 20% of the company. Anyone else? The board who pay themselves with low priced shares...

Kesler doesn't appear to have done much over the last 12 month he has barely appeared on any calls. Ignacio and Gordon have been moving things ahead. Driving the share price into the ground isn't a sensible company strategy....

Grinds on at low prices....Kesler hoovers up his shares for what he was "paid" and not earnt... none of the directors have put any of there own cash in...

It has been a disaster, and constantly raising cash at low levels is not very smart. Odds on this being the last discounted raise.....low, and I include ASX in this. Kesler, in particular, is culpable for this....

I think you said you wouldn't be adding??? Ultimately this has been a disastrous investment....new investors need to understand where things have come from. Other than Ignacio the rest of the management and broker have not done their jobs which is to add shareholder value...

The raise was badly thought through. The loan notes were restructured when CTL were originally going to list on the ASX. There is no reason why they couldn't have been extended. The smug look on Kesler's face when he shafts investors makes me sick....

We will see...most long term holders are in at 25p plus I feel fortunate to be mid teens.....

I already own 2 million plus shares and warrants....more no thanks...

Maybe ask AI why all long term holders have been shafted....this was one raise too many and didn't need to happen until after ratification and ASX listing....the timing is madness....

The real issue is CTL have the CEOL despite what the nay sayers might say but this has had zero impact on price in fact it was at 10p before the CEOL and the market cap remains at micro levels due to the insanity of giving away equity and being on AIM....

Ratification was initially sold as a rubber stamp process but the latest call it had changed to a due diligence process due by the end of June. Until this is on ASX I don't see any decent share price momentum....

The three month cut off was the 10th June....personally I have given my displeasure at the latest discounted raise to the board. Long Term Holders like myself who have invested all the way through are heavily underwater where as Mr Kesler gets another 4 million shares...

This isn't good news.....existing holders have been bent over again.....3p tomorrow????
