Ultimately this is determined by the government and not CTL. This could also be interpreted as conducting the negotiations after the initial announcement has been made...

My understanding is that the government have not finished their work and will come back on all of the projects at the same time. This is likely to be later this month.

Further to my last message another investor has advised me the announcement is due 45 business days from the 31st January and that is Friday 4th April. I have double checked this with Gordon and he agrees with the 4th April. I think the translation around last day or week beginning the last day of March has been incorrect.

I am relaxed the news will arrive when the authorities are ready whether that is today, tomorrow or at some point soon....

The fast tracked option is important as the CEOL would then be awarded in the summer. The current CTL valuation does not price in the CEOL mining licence.

I am more interested in the ministry of mining announcement that should arrive at the end of the week.

Hopefully they will use the current price the price at $15k and also $20k. At all levels the cash flow is positive...

Retail is 10% of the share register. The broker was hoping for 150K so the £143k was close enough. The initial goal was £2million overall and £2.4 million raised....overall despite the earlier negative messages this is a good result....

Ultimately, the company can't win here....retail investors asked to be able to participate, and they didn't exactly put much in... this is why these type of events are kept Institutional....

The retail pressure passed around Wednesday as it was clear some de-risking had been taking place. It would be good to see some positive price momentum between now and the CEOL news.

Things should settle down once the retail offer closes. It was left open for too long.

At some point sentiment will turn. Any good news or de-risking in the last 18 months has not moved the price up and any bad news has taken the price down. The March CEOL news if positive should move the price upwards as the current valuation of the company does not reflect the value of the project. Normally in a mining project as milestones are reached the price is derisked towards the NPV of the project. At some point hopefully soon this will turn significantly.

Why not if you wanted the job etc it is an attractive proposition. Best that Tony got out before he was too involved. I am told the travel logistics were proving to be problematic for him.

The CEO I am not too concerned about as he clearly had only joined and is not driving the company forward. It looks like this comes down to the CEOL news in late March....
