The CEO I am not too concerned about as he clearly had only joined and is not driving the company forward. It looks like this comes down to the CEOL news in late March....

Personally I wouldn't have extended the offer. I am looking forward to this closing and looking forward to long term share price appreciation. The only reason for extending can only be to generate further capital...

I think there are investors who won't go in. I went via the broker offer last week and not down the retail offer route. Daniel FD has been buying quite a few shares in the last week at market which is positive.

Personally I believe in company and the management and I have every confidence things will look much more positive in the next 2-3 months.

Good that the funding is resolved and this should keep away those who keep pushing the shareprice down. It will be interesting to know the updated timeline of events re CEOL first then ASX or? Investor meeting at 7.30pm this evening.

I asked this earlier today and was told they are planning to update the market soon.

That is not correct the time line was discussed on the investor call a few weeks ago. It is likely to be mid to late February. The ASX has in theory only just reopened on the 26th January due to the long summer holiday.

I raised this point with Gordon on the 21st November and was told this was fine it is not based on the audited accounts figures that you quote. Definitely worth raising and I am told someone on the Telegram channel is saying our position is in excess of the minimum requirement.

I would expect an RNS tomorrow and then hopefully a decent update from the company on Wednesday. Personally I want to see a clear timeline of events for 2025.

That is purely an AIM view....basically if companies are unable to raise decent capital there is little point in being listed on this market. Personally I think CTL should have listed on a better exchange on day 1.

Also what has happened is any negative news has moved the price down and none of good news has derisked the price. Recently we have had prioritised salt flat for CEOL process, new CEO, product produced, DLE plant works, ASX ready to go and sentiment doesn't change...

I think they have mentioned they will only raise a small amount at these levels and it might be at a premium on the ASX. I think the strategy is to get a significant rerate in line with other firms on the ASX before raising more finance.

Hi Munnie I have already chased him on this. The reason for the consolidation was the minimum share price on ASX is 14 cents a share and we were getting close to this at 9p.

I am hopeful for some more news prior to year end and then some real momentum in Q1.

I am sure the note will be released soon but good news does not move the price up on AIM. I am far more interested in when we are live on the ASX in January this and the CEOL should move the price significantly in Q1.

It is an error It was a share consolidation corporate action to allow for the ASX. The net impact from 10 to 20 with shares reduced 2-1 is zero...

It is not great that this site is showing 100% share price move at 8.24am....very amateur....
