The language used in recent RNS announcements is far more measured and much better in my opinion. The process hasn't changed the indigenous process was very close to being concluded and we should see something from the government/Ministry very soon.

From memory on one of the calls the management mentioned the PFS has commercially sensitive information within and it would not be released until the CEOL was signed off.

I was hoping we would get news before the end of November... 18 months of stalling etc. Also the ASX needs to be factored in ad the AIM market is going nowhere fast....

I am confident Ignacio will have done the work on this so I am not concerned.

Agreed with the warrant point the whole CEOL process has been frustrating. I have a meeting with Ignacio before Wednesday.

Err the cash position has been strengthened from the recent raise of £4.5 million which is around 18 months cash. Equally costs have been trimmed by 50% in the last 3 months. This is without a potential tax refund that was also around $1 to $1.5 million in early 2026.

The de-risking should finally start to take place once the company are in the CEOL process.

The Ministry of mining site has indicated that a further project has been accepted and it looks like they are looking to put through a further one project a month.

It was a bit rear view mirror for me. The important deliverables that we have been waiting sometime for should be resolved in the next 6 months.

The PFS won't be released until after a green light for a CEOL as there is commercially sensitive information contained. This was clearly explained on the last call. It should be a positive call today where the company can further clarify the time line on events now that funding has been achieved.

Re the oversubsciption my understanding is the offer was just oversubscribed and that the limit is a firm £250k and not available to change.

I am in the offer. The company has been fair in offering this to retail holders and they have removed the licencing issue. Getting a CEOL is a game changer in terms of valuation etc.

A shorter appears below....company is only valued at £5-£6 million and given the licence cost I would say that is conservative. The latest round of funding is for 12-18 months. The CEOL in what ever form this takes should start to derisk the company significantly. The retail offer is open from Tuesday at 5p with the option at 6p so that looks extremely attractive.

The most interesting thing about the presentation was it was the first time we were shown a clear map of the polygon area which related to the CEOL application. It begs the question as to why this was not disclosed to investors months ago rather than the language the old management used. I agree on the price point but as always the CEOL is crucial on this point. I am wondering how many retail investors will invest in this round of fund raising.
