Very positive RNS and the start of several pieces of good news. Cannot wait to be on the ASX as AIM doesn't seem to be able to value the company correctly...

It will be interesting to see what happens now the ASX has been agreed. This year has not been great from the Aldo scandal, Lithium weakness and capital raises pushing the share price down heavily. There was more honesty on the call from management last night and I am hoping this is a turning point that we can look back on in 12 months time.

The detail is to show that despite the depressed share price work is continuing on the ground. Ultimately funding has dictated that certain activities could not continue at the same pace. The critical points are the ASX listing and the CEOL application. The CEOLS application process is now on the ministry of mining website having been published late last week.

I am presuming an RNS in the morning.... I was told the CEO was linked to the ASX by senior management.

The CEO appointment is tied to the ASX launch. It continues to be painful to watch the share price action.

I hope you are right.... my view of AIM as a market is quite negative as it appears to raise capital is not easy and requires significant discounts. I am hoping when the ASX happens the board considers delisting from AIM.

It goes back to the ASX listing. The delays in achieving this have been problematic for the company and shareholders. If the senior management can get this over the line soon the story changes.

The value of the business is the current mining licences and these are considerably higher than the current value of the company.

Agreed on the funding point and I got the impression later in November for ASX listing.

Ignore the guy the rest of us do... Great news for CTL as a company and for shareholders. News that some of us have been waiting 18 months for.

Good news from the ministry of mining.....

There was an auction trade that pushed the price up at close last night. Hopefully this will settle at 15.5 there are plenty of buy orders this morning.

Re the Chilean government announcement the update I received from senior management earlier this week is that this is due before the end of September so probably late next week.

The update due tomorrow from the Chilean Government on the projects that can proceed to the next stage.

The price as well as overshooting on the upside previously has now probably done the same on the downside. The expectation into 2025 is the price will stabilise before rising (read why lithium prices are plunging and what to expect).

As per the company call last night UK investors can participate depending on the setup of the UK broker than investors use.

Hi Daltry as usual it is impossible to have a reasoned debate with you.... I have not done anything you suggest in your last sentence. As per my messages to a previous poster a couple of weeks ago you cannot "ramp" something that was 3x higher at this point last year....

Daltry do you not think this is not priced in? The company is hardly valued at a fair value at the moment. Speaking to senior management the August announcement from the government is likely to be a two track process. The first being for those projects where there is one firm expression of interest vs a second process which is likely to be a tender process where multiple expressions of interest have been raised. Clearly CTL are hoping to be in the first category but we will wait and see what is announced.
