I am glad that Gordon is staying on and working on finding the right strategic partner. Ultimately he would only be staying on if CTL were moving forward etc....

Ignacio highlights;

The strong lithium price environment, with prices rising significantly since April 2025. Agreed Metals One had a good deal they should have had a firm lock up period linked to the warrants. I can see them taking more out after each event. Re the most recent sale it was 7.5 million shares at market so when the register is updated we should get visibility.

The share should re-rate if we receive positive news on the fast track so the 10p received will not look so good then....

Once Metals One became involved I took a look into what they were doing. They have a number of early stage projects and cash wise, they look over stretched. They had to do a big placing in Q4, and given the news that we are expecting, it is a strange time to sell unless they need cash.

The share register once finally updated should indicate some interesting changes. Does anyone have any information on the new holder under GHC nominees?

The items I refer to are large shapes and the price is clear to indicate they are sales.....

If they haven't stopped selling why produce a media article? It is good the shares have been absorbed at the higher price. I like to check the share register on Bloomberg but it hasn't been updated since October. Also the flow of sales in the last three weeks is 3 X the amount Metals One have sold.

Pleased that Metals One have reduced I was nervous about their position. Also good news on the RNS TR1 notification. Confidence.

Big sales still going through everyday......The day trading continues....There was a small purchase which will reverse the price in the morning.

There is a derisking process....this involves milestones being met as previously mentioned CEOL, PFS etc. Quoting futures when we are not commercially producing isn't relevant. Also there was a downward movement the previous day. The next relevant point is the CEOL news.

ASX has better mineral knowledge across the board, strong broker coverage and a much deeper pool of capital and is a more grown up market. Also having comparative Lithium players and valuations will be valuable. Hopefully this will be seriously revisited after the more prominent milestones have been achieved.

Most long term investors institutional and retail are massively under water. On the institutional side probably only Metals One are in the money but they seem to have too many other plates in the air. Equally it has been clear that AIM is not a great place for this stock and ASX would be an improvement although liquidity had also slowed in Aus.

It will be interesting to see where we are in six months from memory we were at 95p before dilution on the 11th February 2022.

Good to have a balanced response close to a year ago many of us were in at a placing at 15p with a warrant attached at 11p with the CEOL in the bag as we then received news that we didn't have the CEOL and our investment dropped to 5p...

I have watched several of the Rock Stock videos in the past and YJ Lee is certainly very interesting. It is difficult to understand the violent price moves with the over supply turning to under supply in a relatively short period of time.

The energy storage story in particular is very interesting.
