Ok I am back. The earlier sale was the last piece of Metals One. Pricing hasn't been agreed for ASX with a date of early July or earlier. It would be good to see more buyers active hoovering up the current shares.

Best wishes to all I am not going to comment any further particularly after reviewing the comments yesterday. About 50% were complete nonsense and not helpful to those looking for assistance and guidance.

Why has the price been weak? 10% of the entire shares were aggressively sold in the last 2 months that is a big number and overshadowed significant value events.

I don't see significant investors selling down here so we should see increases from this point onwards the PFS highlights and yesterday's investor call were very clear around the opportunity here.

Ignacio has been a big plus as CEO and is delivering on the milestones. It was interesting that he was unusually bullish on the JV by year end. This is different to his usual conservative tone.

We should see some positive PR over the next few months plus the CEOL for all those who keep saying we dont have this.....

Re the numbers I am sure the company will talk more about these on the call scheduled for noon today. It is worth focusing that the numbers stated are verified completely independent of CTL and are probably not the final figures from a revenue and profit perspective.

I don't want to hear anymore about the fast money of the former investor.....the sales were not agreed or strategic if they were off market transactions could have been agreed by the broker... they were meant to be a serious long term investor there actions proved otherwise.....

Great news on the PFS the true value is now in the public domain for all to see and analyse. As I have mentioned many times the current valuation is wrong so let the de-risking process properly begin....

Hopefully the PFS arrives tomorrow and some of the unwelcome noise goes away....

To answer a couple of questions. Why are Metals One selling now? I believe there cash burn is very high. I have asked on the Metals One messenger board what the cash burn is and this has not been answered. They have multiple early stage projects and have too many plates in the air burning cash.

On the warrants point if they first exercise the warrants this brings in capital of £1.2 million to CTL and I very much doubt they will have that much cash etc.

I think Daniel should answer this question. It very much depends on where we are clearly we had dilution when this placing was executed however circumstances should be different in terms of investors, etc, and price by the time these can be executed etc.

The good news is that Metals One have sold virtually there entire holding....(clearly they still have the warrants etc). I am not going to go over old ground but they were certainly not an investor....

All very interesting Time however I have checked with the company who are still putting the finishing touches together.... so it may or may not be ready....

The contents of the PFS will be the important points as mentioned below and hopefully finally some de-risking etc....

Also if the PFS is a few days late this shouldn't have a big impact. People are to obsessed with dates the important thing is to reach the milestone.

Will it make a sp difference.....unlikely on AIM. More interested when we finally make it to ASX....

5 years to go then.....to be serious I think the outlook should look more positive in the near term.

Nonsense...the war is having a big impact. This is good news soon to be followed up with the PFS around Month End.

Great news that the new government are on side and a great cash boost to the company. Hopefully news over the next month continues to be positive for all shareholders.

I have a call with the management next week as we continue to go around in circles on this issue. It has all been a bit quiet PR and newsflow and the shareprice has gone nowhere.
