Looks like interest could be picking up here now. Gotta be close to news on the MFE110. ATB
". . . back on track to completing the MFE110 for our customers in the very near-term future".
That was 4 months ago. So Mr Duffy, what is the present position ? Surplus staff hanging around on the factory floor ?
Any News expected....ticking up nicely?

How much have you got that you want to lose? Only joking - well half joking. I thought both ITM and CWR would fly - they did but then they fell. Still hold a considerable number of shares in both - and might still add but . . . not as sure as I used to be. The there is Getech (GTC) - although in truth that is not strictly a hydrogen share. There are others - some might say look at AFC - but most would say - do so with care. None for widows and orphans as folk say.
Ok thanks for the reply,,
ill spend this weekend doing research, any other Hydrogen company's wort looking at?
Vauch
I don't think you can do better than their website and the last year's RNSs
Hi I have had a brief look at this company, I like the chat board.
Jut seems to have sensible chat by real investors.
I am looking at adding a hydrogen co to my portfolio, could someone post a sort of summary of this co please.
Many thanks

Am invested in both but I find it hard to fathom how Getech can be down 9% whilst CleanPower is up over 11%.

Interesting analysis, thank you
Hope if it does occur it’s not too disastrous for long term holders
A concerted effort is being made to lift the share price which makes me suspicious of an incoming fundraise. Looking at the cash and investments in the year to 30/6/23 you can see a depletion of £13m in investments from £21m to £8m to shore up the cash position. Eight months have passed since then so does anything remain of this reserve? More funds needed before this current financial year is out I suspect.
I can’t believe people aren’t getting the hints.
All the directors bought a week or so back in 8p’s
They then release operations update informing of the factory acceptance test - a huge validation milestone.
Then they set option vesting up near IPO price, and higher.. the clues are there.
11p paid only 545% to go to first vesting level lol
It’s a 5x to reach first vesting level. Up we go

Absolutely agreed-
Very small purchases by chairman directors, need more than that revive share price,
The SP is dwindling because cash is also dwindling and the company is still to commercialise a product. People are losing faith, whilst the company is getting overtaken by other OEMs
Something def brewing ...been even more volume recently and today.
I'm hoping that the volume reflects the expected news of their first sucessful installation and not of more delays tho the continued price dropping might suggest the latter.
It's finely balanced but i'd expect a sizable relief rally if they can get the electrolyser in and working to spec.
Bad news brewing?
Gradual SP declines almost daily now…
I think most are buys looking at spread at time of trade. I know 100,000 share are definitely buys ‘cos I did them !
A lot of volume seemingly being offloaded today?

A good detailed interview here with analyst Sam Wahab, who discusses his note on CPH2. MFE220 set for shipping imminently, and as we know the stock still trades at deep discount to fair value

Did anyone see plug power share price today?
I'm sceptically on this company since I found out the warehouse is tiny and next to a social club
Mixed bag update. They seem relieved that it can produce gas. I think people paying up on AIM admission would have taken that for granted! They’ve obviously discovered more problems and it all seems a bit flakey.
“following data accumulated during the testing, the Company announces that it has subsequently paused the MFE110 unit Factory Acceptance Test ("FAT") whilst the team re-evaluates the MFE's power down procedures making any modifications necessary to support improved plant shut down”
It’s worth reading their admission document from Feb 2022 in which they created the impression that the MFE220 was done and it was the bigger MFE440 that was under development. Nearly two years later the MFE220 is still in development. It’s nonsense.
https://www.cph2.com/media/mlohyxcx/cph2-plc-admission-document.pdf
Latest update sounds reasonably promising. As long as the controls modification and shutdown procedure doesn't open another can of worms. Delivery in early 2024 would be a welcome relief but will still require careful monitoring to prove in-field lifetime performance and reliability. I hope it triggers a surge in orders.

Trendline drawn up from 19/4/23, closely intersects with recent sp, low at 23. Bullish, buy, with stop below low of 23. Decent chance of taking out recent high, to approach preceding high. Average traded volume over 5 days is £8,500, and standard safety rule is not to invest more than 20%, of average volume, meaning £8,500 @ 20%= £1,700 maximum investment. Remember every share transaction has to match equal amount of buyers and sellers. A very large position, could be difficult to sell, in a lightly traded equity.

From the original RNS below. Hopefully the money CPH2 managed to keep from the original deal still provides significantly increase(d) revenue and they won't end up having to pay it back. Fingers crossed the lawyers know what they're doing.
Under the agreement, CPH2 will receive an upfront licence fee, and thereafter, a technology fee per unit, followed by service and maintenance licences during the unit's life. The upfront licence fee is expected to be received in full by the end of the current financial year and to be recognised as revenue over the life of the contract.
The licensing of the CPH2 proprietary technology offers the Company the potential to significantly increase revenue in the short term without the need for additional capital expenditure. Given the business model's potential low cost and short lead time, the Directors believe it is an ideal opportunity to establish market share and improve market penetration on a global basis by using the high margin, low capex licencing strategy to fund further R&D.
Doesn't seem to have done too much damage to the share price. Don't know the details of the deal though.

Good news for ATOME today with funding… CPH2 seem very closely partnered with them, so hopefully that is good news for us too

Seen a few of these “unknown” orders of high volumes. Would be nice to know if they were buy or sell orders. Stock has stayed consistent around 26-28p for the past couple of days. Will be interesting to see what happens over the next month. Long-term gain I think this could be a big prospect.
They are late reported from Friday afternoon, LSE always* mark delayed publication / historical trades as unknown. They would have been marked as sells if reported on time on Friday as below mid-price then.
* I say always only because I have never seen any different in the last 2 years or so.
Anybody here claim those? Appear to be lowly priced but marked as 'unknown'
Seems to be struggling to hold at the 30p level
On ask now.....very good start today ....i other gem CSFS doing well today worth a look
Taken out...nice looking for a strong finish
Today looking very strong

I’m expecting news this week after todays price action. Maybe rekindling of the Octopus relationship but who knows (somebody obviously does).
A very welcome step up in the price today. I can't see any particular direct news driving it. Just delayed reaction from the recent positive presentation perhaps? Maybe people just getting back to work and their investments after maximising their holiday allocation absorbing two consecutive long weekends??

PDM selling is not a good sign as it implies lack of confidence in the company and will as in this case lower the SP. The reasons for the large sale have been explained in RNS and in fact the JD holding has increased. Some largish sales today also undermine any expected SP recovery.
When CPH2 get the issues sorted and the orders fulfilled it should showcase the company. In the meantime there still seems to be a technology risk. Probably a good time to buy in H1 as success in hydrogen production would be mean lift off. Reassuring to note that cash position is still very good and will see the company through next 18 months by when revenue should be rising steeply.
Pdm dealing a good or bad thing
To sum this up it’s jam tomorrow but the cooking of the jam will not be rushed. If the jam is cooked to perfection CPH2 will need the most enormous jam jar ever made. I’ll be dreaming jam every night from now on

Thanks both for the detail
I had hoped to listen in but couldn’t,
Did skim the slides but felt I’d probably missed extra info
Hopefully all in all a pretty solid foundation which they hope to now finish the product and commercialise at scale
Great points wetherboy.
Andrew, you can also download the presentation slides from the CPH2 website. The actual presentation part very closely followed the slides, although the general tone was one of high enthusiasm. The cautionary tone came toward the end, simply to say that the growth should be big, but should also be steady, i.e. don't expect a decades growth in 6 months. Lifting smkr's post below, that's essentially what happened in 2019/2020, investors priced in 10 years of growth in two years and then got disappointed when the revenue didn't show.
My take on the presentation. I'm not an extremely experienced investor and I don't have a background in energy - Hydrogen or otherwise but I'll just give my view.
I was quite disappointed with the quality of the presentation but I try to look beneath the gloss and veneer that some CEO's and team often offer up with little substance. Although the presentation was a bit rough around the edges I could see that the CEO was passionate about the product and I believe he was being honest. He said that the company has pretty much resolved the issues that lost them the Octopus deal last year but he stopped short of saying the issues had been 100% resolved. He said the opportunity to sell to Octopus in the future was still there and that the two companies were still on good terms. He said that during the modifications to resolve the issues which were with the cryogenic part of the product they were taking the opportunity to reengineer the product to simplify it and take cost out, This seems like a good plan rather than just patching things up. I think he said the issues had put the rollout of the product back about 12 months but he also said that the changes they have made will help to scale up quicker in the future. He actually said more than once that the product is over engineered so there is quite an opportunity to reduce costs going forward. He sounded passionate about building a solid company with excellent supplier and manufacturer relationships that will last. He said that the business model is to license the technology rather than manufacture themselves which will make it easier to realise revenues from overseas markets as there's no need for them to export product to customers (presumably just export parts to their manufacturing partners). He said that if one of their direct customers wanted an electrolyser in an overseas country then one of their manufacturing partners would make it on their behalf. Finally he mentioned an Irish water company that wants their product for the medical grade oxygen rather than the hydrogen to decontaminate sewage (not sure what they would do with the hydrogen) He said they are talking to others and there are many, many others worldwide (as you can imagine). If I got anything wrong please feel free to correct me or add more. I didn't take notes as I was walking the dogs!
Great to hear,
Thanks both

Some chunky buys been going through. 200k one there
Will be through freetrade probably Andrew
Some ridiculously small trades… eg purchasing £3 worth of shares?
Are these genuine?
Not sure how they can be viable considering trading fees
