I'm struggling to understand how CPH2 has gone from promoting opportunities in multiple countries, recruiting staff and progressing FAT3, to effectively abandoning development after a single test-site problem!

The more I read the RNS, the more I wonder whether the FAT3 incident caused the crisis or if it was already there.

Would also be interested to know the date when the actual failure occurred - any body know?

Why if there's a guaranteed 85p is this at 75p?

Please correct me if I'm wrong: Helios have blocked the StoneX bid and said they want to accept their bid which is 12p lower because they have overall majority. And nobody else has a say in it!!

Helios bid by 5.00 pm 2 March 2026, potentially positive results 5th March. Dont see how it can work without prior knowledge??

Doesn't look like a bigger offer is going to happen with price staying as it is.
