The constrained working capital keeps being mentioned - so we should know fairly soon which way this is going. Shame, I like the tech, they had a couple of new strategic partnerships and things were looking positive.

Imo the last two RNSs about the two MoU are what is softly driving this in our favour - even though they are non-binding, they are very good indication that industry believes the tech is game changing. Plus the fact that all hydrogen stocks are having a bit of a purple patch at the momment this should be an exciting investment.

Yes - been following them for a while and have a few quid behind them. Membrane free electroysis, using cryogenics to seperate oxygen from hydrogen. Recently entered into a collaboration with Seimens - definately one for the future IMO. But still very early level technology and a way off commercialisation.

Defence are a uniquely flat, low-lying, and marshy region in eastern England, stretching across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk.

And yet the investors here are relying on him to stick to his guns and hold his course towards a sustainable future and a strong hydrogen economy.

Plus, have you though that if he had started this course sooner and faster we wouldn’t be in so vulnerable to the wars in Iran and Ukraine.

It is about a Blue cross and blue shield deal for illinois - which importantly gives the company access to 33 BCBS plans.

I don’t think it is a negative post – look at the calibre of the latest RNSs, at any other time you would expect a maelstrom of activity, instead a damp squib would be an over statement of what has happened. This time last year we shot from 25p all the way up to 94p on much less. I thought the West Wales project would be the turning point, but still we wait. Not sure what needs to happen, but still very optimistic about the future.

Why would you exercise warrants when the price is bad unless you thought it was about to get much worse.

Interestingly in April 2024 Grant Shapps offered Dragonfire to Ukraine for field testing later this year, and they appear to have managed to develop their own version in the interim. Perhaps it takes a war to develop the necessary urgency to get these things done.

SB - thanks for that. They said at the time of the fundraising (as @ 31/05/25) they had a cash runway to the end of July 2025. And subsequently they have burned that cash ($8.6m?) in the remaining 5-6 months of 2025 down to $3.3m, so $10m breakeven makes sense. Obviously as they get closer to that breakeven point the cash burn reduces - the question is, with all the sales activity, how quickly can they reach that point, and how many further funding rounds we'll see.

I agree that the guidance of cash for H2 appears disappointing, however if you take the cash burn over the last 12 months – the cash reduced from $4.1m to $3.3, which implies a burn rate of $800k per annum. Now there are many things that impact these numbers but this set against the backdrop of ever-increasing revenue and sales orders/opportunities. H2 may be a little pessimistic.

It is certainly worth a watch - I was impressed with the fact that the guidance numbers are completely based on knowns and no attempt to forcast.

Donmac101 - I was particularly encouraged by the 2.9p target price. They clearly believe the future for tutivia is massive.

Perhaps we’ll get an update on the West Wales project – I believe it is a little overdue now, plus noticed they were granted planning permission for a 1.5km 10bar hydrogen pipeline a couple of weeks ago. FID would be nice.
