Crossword is in discussions with several commercial businesses on how they might use the identiproof platform to issue verifiable digital certificates, as there is a shift from physical certificates to digital credentials across sectors ranging from digital ticket sales (festivals, concerts, exhibitions), insurance, compliance certificates (standards, accreditations), education and many more.

United States President Joe Biden has shared his view that a "real shooting war" could be sparked by a severe cyber attack.
In remarks made on Tuesday at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Biden spoke of the need to "make sure that we're positioning ourselves to stay ahead of security challenges that will stretch the IC [intelligence community] in new ways it has never been stretched before." He next mentioned cyber attacks. "We've seen how cyber threats, including ransomware attacks, increasingly are able to cause damage and disruption to the real world," he said.
would be worth taking a position here, could this do a Darktrace??
you must have a big loss? this is a big drop thanks to the placing. glad i was not in
It’s a great buying opportunity for me. Market manipulation. CCS are also a candidate for covid passports, see recent post on this site. Today’s RNS states future revenue as a result. They are a leading player in a bespoke market, tipped by mail on Sunday a while back and with today’s drop I am showing small loss. Will hold. More contracts to come and SP will rise once it hits the bottom line
Interesting business and yet the market unimpressed by the latest RNS. Is this a buying opportunity or part of a longer slide down to single digits?
Noticed that yesterdays RNS, as detailed on this bb, isn't showing on my HL platform. It seems to me its giving some pretty good news, especially Sean's comment at the end that there has been a ten fold increase in Rizikon use in the last 6 months. Until now always found LSE and HL show the same info, first time not so. Any ideas as to why anybody?

i suggest you have a loo at the website, this technology will be rolled out all over the board soon
ohh, my bad, got it wrong without paying attention to details, you guys are in 1:10 slit situation as outlined by yesterday's AGM rns
If I read it right +£2.65m (300k+100k+750k+1.5m) in shares, at current 40p that's +6.6m shares (currently 5.7m),
or dilution by half (well, plus counting in negative equity, growing debt with current mcap of £2.5m..)
but this company was printing shares as solution for all the problems for a while, so nothing new really..
huh, if liquidity situation with sale of £6K worth shares can drop market by 90% .. it's kind of indicative..
they have made acquisition of verifiable credentials. now hopefully we get a good rns about the covid security on the covid passports
So there will be 240m shares and NOT 24m.
10 for 1 split is the answer. The board thought the share too heavy. So in effect unchanged.
This a consolidation or am I missing something??
