Verifiable Credentials Limited was acquired in May 2021 and its product, Identiproof, increased Crossword's software product portfolio to three alongside Rizikon and Nixer. Crossword is now actively taking Identiproof to market and is currently shortlisted for a major public sector tender opportunity associated with the Identiproof platform. Crossword is also in discussions with several commercial businesses on how they might use the Identiproof platform to issue verifiable digital certificates, as there is a shift from physical certificates to digital credentials across sectors ranging from digital ticket sales (festivals, concerts, exhibitions), insurance, compliance certificates (standards, accreditations), education and many more.
eh?? you ddi not buy at 40p did you??
thats weird you started posting when this was in the 30s
"On the back of a successful 2021, with revenue growth achieved expected to be over 40%, AT THE LOWER END OF MARKET EXPECTATIONS, Crossword is confident that 2022 will see revenue growth accelerate."
Probably a mistake buying into this at 40p, one of the most illiquid shares I've owned, 1 trade so far this morning and its 10am after a trading update and acquisition!
Sounds like this is the digital ID. This is going to be huge.
Corporate Cyber Attack
Silverbullet, a provider of digital transformation services and products, reports that it has recently been the victim of a cyber attack on its business by sophisticated hackers who solicited falsified payments of £365k from its corporate bank account.
The theft of monies has immediately been reported to the police, the Company's insurers and the Information Commissioner's Office ("ICO"). No client information or personal details have been compromised in any way during this theft. The Company has also appointed a cyber security firm to report on the attack and make recommendations to the Group's process and procedures, which will be implemented.
This attack in no way affects the Group's ability to perform day-to-day operations. The Company continues to have a strong cash position and is exploring all avenues for the restitution of the funds and will update the market on this in due course.

Hopefully the joint research project will lead to more contracts and a higher sp.
with all the fraud and cyber attacks going on, how is this not higher, will be soon i reckon
Verifiable Credentials, Crossword Cybersecurity plc and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust to work on Covid-19 Certificates Trial
10 November 2020 - London, UK - Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, "Crossword", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology commercialisation company focused solely on cyber security and risk, is pleased to announced that it will be working with Verifiable Credentials Ltd (VCL) and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust on a "proof of concept" trial using VCL's verifiable credentials application independent middleware. InnovateUK have awarded funding to support the trial to create a local system that allows NHS testing laboratories in East Kent to issue Covid-19 immunity certificates to individuals to hold securely on their smartphones, and for selected organisations to check the validity of those certificates when presented to them wherever they are, without compromising any unnecessary personal information.
VCL issued the following statement:
"We're all looking forward to the day when a Covid-19 vaccinations are available to everyone, in order to save lives and get life back to normal. But it won't be an instant process and there will be a potentially long period during which people will sometimes need to prove (for example, to employers and public or hospitality industry venue managers) that they have either received a vaccination, or been positively tested for antibodies from a previous infection.
It's hugely important that such certification is secure, trust-worthy and verifiable by those who need to check them at places of work, or hospitality venues. It must above all ensure the privacy of the individual certificate holder and allow them to prove immunity, without compromising other personal data such as their date-of-birth, or home address.
For this reason, Verifiable Credentials Ltd (VCL), East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust and Crossword Cybersecurity plc (Crossword) have been awarded InnovateUK funding to conduct a "proof of concept" trial using VCL's application independent Identiproof middleware.
Together they will create a local system that allows NHS testing laboratories in East Kent to issue Covid-19 certificates to individuals to hold securely on their smartphones, and for selected organisations to check the validity of those certificates when presented to them wherever they are, without compromising any unnecessary personal information. VCL and Crossword will lead the work on the longer-term commercialisation of the system demonstrated during the trial."
Identiproof is a Zero Trust Architecture, being an implementation of the W3C Verifiable Credentials Data Model, together with VCL's own W3C Web Authentication (FIDO2) compatible protocol.
An East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust spokesperson said: "This is a good example of local innovators working with local NHS organisations to develop innovative ideas. Bei
we know Identiproof were trialling these.
National Nuclear Laboratory Improves Supplier Onboarding and Risk Management With Rizikon from Crossword Cybersecurity
Accelerated and consistent supplier onboarding, with new insights into supplier risk for procurement and supplier management teams.
14 December 2021 - London, UK - Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, "Crossword", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology commercialisation company focused on cyber security and risk management, today announced that National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL), the government owned but operationally independent UK national laboratory for nuclear fission, is using Rizikon Assurance, Crossword's supplier assurance and third-party risk management platform, to bring new efficiencies to its supplier onboarding and management processes.
NNL has been creating a culture change in the way it serves its customers, and engages supply chains to maintain a solid reputation, be agile, reliable, safe and innovative, managing hundreds of supplier contracts across the full nuclear lifecycle. Some of these suppliers are small, but offer highly specialised services to the nuclear sector, whilst others are international organisations on multi-year contracts for construction, maintenance, and decommissioning projects.
A typical onboarding process requires a supplier to complete a host of forms about every aspect of its business operations, which can be time consuming to manage for all parties, leading to delays, complications, and poor visibility of risks. As one of the most highly regulated and closely monitored sectors, NNL is constantly working with suppliers to ensure they have the correct processes and insurance in place, as well necessary industry certifications, such as ISO 27001 for information security management.
Rizikon is a secure, encrypted portal which puts an organisation in control of managing risks in its supply chain and the financial, regulatory, and reputational risks they indirectly carry. Rizikon contains standard questionnaires on subjects such as cyber security, GDPR, supplier on-boarding, modern slavery, and anti-bribery & corruption. Customers can also create their own question sets and scoring approaches, enabling a 360-degree view of supply chain risk in a single pane of glass.
Fast onboarding and credit checking
NNL is also using the credit checking features of Rizikon, which uses direct integration with Creditsafe to provide an instant status report on a supplier's creditworthiness during the onboarding process from a database of over 320 million companies worldwide. This step is particularly important given the long-term nature of projects in the nuclear industry, where NNL needs to minimise the risks of working with suppliers whose long-term financial future and previous performance needs to be independently verified and can be very time consuming.
Better risk visibility
NNL contracts are banded, with all gold and silver contracted suppl
