Went to my local Tescos and al coca cola products flying off the shelfs.
Is the world going to stop drinking coca-cola products due to the Coronavirus?
Are there other reasons for the drop in SP?
Coke products are made in each country, very little supply chains.
Rising more than I expected since the latest results were announced.
Seems to be dropping more than I anticipated since ex-div.
Yep but i wasn't looking then. Will see how it plans out. I've got 15 years to go. SIPP
chippyjo , the dividend was announced on May 14, most investors brought in on May 20. Next years ? you going to wait about in hope of another special dividend payment of 2 Euros per share on top of the 0.57 Euros regular dividend.
As the dividend payment was uplifted and who can say it will be paid again
Divi was 1.77gbp and the drop today is 2.11gbp so I've bought at the lower price and will wait next divi. )
Thanks exet. Had missed that.
$2.23 per share ex divi day, payment made on July 30 th
What have I missed today that has caused the price to crash ?
Any thoughts about the sudden drop.
I have been looking to get in here for a while so bought on the surprise dip.
I hope there is nothing in the background driving the fall.

Apologies for board hopping but- The petition is going quite well; ~4500 signatures so far. Although it really needs a turbo boost. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/112044/sponsors/frRbCOsOLO6QqIN82UOX This petition was stalled in parliament since 12th Aug 15; finally green lit on 12th feb 2016. The FCA don't even reply on the matter, now is your chance to have your say. If you hate seeing buys reported as sells etc!!!!!! Has already been sent to Martin Lewis, Daily Mail, Moneyweek & Watchdog. My local MP supported this petition by writing to the petitions committee to help un-stall it. There’s 650 MP’s in Westminster, So have you written to your MP? 649 to go! If this petition doesn’t reach 10,000; then imo we might as well have not bothered as it will almost certainly be filed B1N; @ 10,000 the government should respond. We are currently getting approx. 100 new signatures a week, but need 3x that amount to reach the target with only 15 weeks to go. At 5000 I will send this to the PM & the chancellor as well as my MP again. So – If you haven’t yet signed or indeed have but haven’t passed it on to others, then now’s the time to do so. If each person who has signed can get just one other person to sign then we will double the total immediately. I have posted to all aim listed gas n oilies, currently doing the footsy 100. But I can only do so much to push this. Really need you guys & gals to help. Thanks to all who have signed so far. We really need a social / media savvy individual to help generate more interest in this.

Sell off today due to a downgrade by JP Morgan. http://tickerreport.com/banking-finance/390482/coca-cola-hbc-ag-cut-to-neutral-at-jpmorgan-chase-co-loncch/
CCH has had a good rise today, but price was rejected at the 10 day MA. What happens in Greece stays in Greece, and the company is more affected by it's operations in other European countries. If the ECB adopts QE this week (who knows?) then this one will rocket.
On technical basis, its a buy.. It's been through its bad spell... Plus, its not in FTSE yet, so is atm an unknown stock that is missed by many... Buy when bad, sell when good...
Ignore the below. This is a different company. Added here today. Should be entering the Ftse 100 in June 2013.
So the bank reached the long-awaited agreement to pay back what it owed. So what's the excuse for not trading? The market is unforgiving when shareholders are stuck in a position they can't unload. However low u think the stock will open, it is always better to let it trade than halt trading in a news blackout. If the bank is hoping for some event, it should announce it in a press release and let the shareholders estimate for themselves the probability of that event actually happening. This will ultimately get reflected in the share price.
