Goldman Sachs have done a study and still recommend a buy even after these events. I have a copy but it is in greek. If you look on google you may find it.

How low can she go
Let’s see how the market reacts. Don’t think it will be great
I agree might send the share price down. But hit this guy hard. It’s the best thing to do
Ban coke a cola in Russia along with everything else.Putin is a horses dick.
CCH is a big company - The war at some point will end. CCH will have the means to re-establish its revenues in Russia and if not somewhere else on another emerging market.
Opportunities like that don't come often. I bought at the COVID low and made a ton. Tomorrow I am buying again.
Will revisit in a year's time.

Good read
Touch oversold methinks, should rebound eventually.
This is now touching the low point in March 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Surely a bit of a rebound from here?
They said they had a plan for dealing with this just prior to (or during) the start of the invasion. I imagine (from the general impression of the business) the whole management team is probably working round the clock to minimise risk to its staff. Not much else they can do in the middle of a war. If you can stomach the risk there must be a buying opportunity here, even if you write off the Russian and Ukrainian segments of the business.
An RNS would be nice. But I’m here long term in Coca Cola and hopefully should rebound. But many dark days ahead sadly.
Radio silence from the CCH Board is sadly only too noticeable.
Looks like there is a plant outside the capital. But would never moan at the share price coming down. The innocent loss of life is just terrible. Let’s just hope it all ends soon. Great courage from Mr Zelensky.

Russia and Ukraine accounts for about 20% of EBITDA. Like most of the shares in the FTSE it is oversold and money is transferring from equities to off-risk options. Great time to have cash, it will be back up there soon enough. If you don’t need to sell sit on your hands, it’s not as if you are a fund manager and need the numbers every month.
40% for Ukraine, Belarus and Russia seems too high. I think the advfn board is off base on that one.
Looking at the advfn board 40% accounts for Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
I've read that quite carefully. It doesn't give any breakdown of sales for Ukraine or Russia. It just gives a percentage increase, which is useless without knowing the original amount.
Thank You ! Be interesting to see where the bottom is. Maybe around the 15-16 pound mark maybe. Russia and Ukraine are emerging markets so maybe profits might not be hit as much.
thanks, it helps me
I won’t do your reading for you, but the information you need is here

Hi,
Do you, or anyone, know how much sales CCH had in Russia and Ukraine?.
This SP drop could be a long term opportunity.
Because CCH produces and distributes in both Ukraine and Russia; with Russia accounting for a fair chunk of CCH’s developing market segment (IIRC, it might be under a different segment name)
CCH factory in Ukraine is shuttered. Not sure what the situation is in Russia, but the market is very sensitive to anything financial in Russia.
Regular old Coca Cola has a much broader market base, where as CCH will be significantly more impacted if I understand the situation correctly.
I bought after the first dip, and appear to have made a somewhat expensive short term mistake. Who knows if it will turn into a long term mistake.
Can someone tell me why American Coca Cola is having a little drop while we are 5% most days. Surely both would be impacted the same. Cheers
