Ukw have a timing mismatch between the debt they have borrowed and the debt they have leant out. In 2026 they are due to repay £200m to their lenders with little matching repayment from their investments. So they are potentially over a barrel when they come to refinance some or all of that £200m.

They appear to book revenues before the services are actually provided.
