Just the 2 trades today. It will be interesting to see what they do to try and aim to provide the shareholder value promised with the receipts from the sale . Looking at the ownership it would be to try to get to a value so Premier Investissement / directors get a return. You would think that share buyback would be a better alternative than special dividend, given the UK market is so poor at the moment as this would at least give some volume to support the share price. Anyway keeping patient and waiting.
It is surprising how low the volume is at the moment on this stock in this waiting period. You would have thought there would be more interest given the high volumes when the divestment was announced

The Travel sector in general down again today. Crazy when all the Airline / Travel shares were much higher in January when there were travel restrictions in place, yet all the Flights are holidays are selling much faster than any one could have hoped for in January with a much faster than expected recovery in the sector.
It does seem to be very much Pump and dump but I would say it is probably priced lower than it should be as it as over the last few months been affected by fluctuations in Bitcoin price and the general market volatility that has effected all shares. The nasdaq listing as not helped as that has seen low volume and has helped drag sentiment , when the UK listing is the main driver in the shares volume.
The key will be what happens after the 3 week review. Everyone knows that BJ has had a bad few weeks so we need to be sent to be decisive. If things went wrong we know he would be panned so the knee jerk reactions are as much about politics than public health. The South African cases today did show case increase but deaths still very low.
Should see a rise in bookings now. With the cheaper lateral flow after arrival. Obviously depends on the outbound requirements to a degree but people can pick and chose countries that allow entry with full vaccination and no testing. Yes the cost of PCR made a difference, but I think for a lot of people it was the hassle of it and the fear of testing positive abroad.
Suprise that Portugal being added as no real spike in the case numbers. Until all western countries vaccinated this will go on. IS the main risk threat of variants or is it more that airports and testing cannot cope with mass movement of people with the green list requirements. Until people are allowed to move freely without the testing requirements with possibility of a vaccine passport things will not improve.
Telegraph says they will allow those who have both vaccines to travel with few restrictions. There will be a big scramble from those who have not received one dose yet for the J&J vaccine so they can say they are fully vaccinated
