Not sure why the price as fallen here by such a large amount today. The majority stake owners Barrick Gold Corp shares have held firm this week climbing from $18.98 to close at $20.02. Look for a strong rebound next week here.

Interesting looking at the charts comparing KAZ aganst ENRC on yahoo finance. 1and 2 Year chart shows ENRC performing level with KAZ until JUNE 2012. It was as much as 20% further down than KAZ. Now it as caught up and is only a few percent behind. With KAZ 26% holding in ENRC seems that ENRC was oversold compared to KAZ and this is now correcting. Now it as caught up expect KAZ to move Higher.

I am in KAZ, and they own 26% if ENRC. If any substance to the takeover rumours today it should benefit sentiment on Kazakhyms,

Yes it seems the sells yesterday were good news lol. Anyway bought at 1650.00 on Tuesday. Seems to have been a good move because it was way over sold monday. Seeing a strong bounce back to up.

added some shares here today. Price near the year low and divi to be paid on wednesday. Not sure why it as fell so sharply over the last few days compared to general market. Broker ratings seem to be good for this company.

Broght some of these on Monday at 1.20 just before dividend date. Seems to be one of the better insurance companies to invest in with more potential rises. Any opinions on how this compares to the likes of aviva, standard Life and Pru.?

Strong boucne today with the EuroZone fix and strong GDP figures from the US. we are in a bull market for the time being. Standard Life Q3 results out on 02nd November. If they are as impressive as the hakf year results we could move above the year highs next week. 250P +?

Great to see the rebound in price since Friday. Standard Life is seems to be performing above the market since the positive results in august and the potential of a special dividend. The EuroZone are now taking more leadership on the Greek Debt issue, with Angela Merkel speech earlier today. With this and the Buy from directors Wife should prove a strong buy single providing the confidence in the eurozone improves.

Dow up over 2%. Hope to see a strong blue day tomorrow.

The meeting in Brussels of the finance ministers seems to be postive. If the meeting testores confidence to the financial markets it will good here. We could see anything between 225p and 245p when the divdend is paid in August.

This seems to be a good solid share. Bought more of these yesterday.
