It could be the Institution involved in placing or any other large holder dumping before end of tax year. issue is there is a lack of buyers/ interest in the company apart from existing holders to absorb the selling. So they certainly need to get a few investors on board in April

Only small holding now but also kept an eye on this since the mining licence was signed because always curious as to what would eventually happen. Everyone thought then that the company would be taken over when the licence was issued and this as never happened. For any value to occur here this would have to happen eventually. Amur is an explorer that has found a great resource and not a miner so does not have the necessary resources and experience to develop such a big resource. On the other side of the argument perhaps the idea of the loan is to be as non dilutive as possible before PFS released and then the company will either have JV or takeover. Anyway will continue watching developments

Regarding the Loan that was announced at 7P why would the board not do a placing for say 4-5 Million at 5-6P rather than have this loan then the raise would have been done and dusted. Anyway I would hope that a miner in Russia/Korea/ China could take the company over sooner than later to draw a line under the whole saga and everyone can go home happy

Good to know all the 0.72 are buys. Must be a large sell order waiting to be cleared because been lots of buying since Monday and and the Buy price not moved too much. Hopefully when the Sell order cleared it will move higher in time for the results.

The volume has been very low lately so no significant buying and selling. It only seems to take someone selling a small amount to drag the price down and no buys are coming.
