Will we get updated on the 2018 accounts by 31st December this year? Maybe, but Borrelli has extended the accounting period from 30 June 2018 to 31st December 2018. Meaning he might not have to release financials until Q3 next year. What is he hiding?
Probably hiding the fact that our financials aren't as rosy as he makes out??
Before we can sell these shares, I need too before April 5th , anyone any ideas .
Hi Vig. Thanks. Yes, the latter would make sense, don't relist, wait for the JLP royalties to roll in and share those profits amongst existing shareholders, with obviously no further shares in issue. I'm certainly not for relisting unless the new project is one which is near to bringing in cashflow. An early stage exploration project would only serve to create more wages for Borrelli over a number of years. Dilution after dilution with no end product would be likely. In my opinion. I loathe the thought of the inept little turd earning another penny from BMR really.
That said, a relisting would give shareholders the chance to sell up and write off their losses for HMRC purposes, or simply just to get out for peace of mind, but for those who were to continue to hold, looking at it positively, perhaps it would then be easier to fry Borrelli at the AGM. Boot him out on his arse preferably. Satisfaction.
Swings and roundabouts Vig, but it looks like Alex will continue to operate as he wishes, because he's already begun selling large chunks of our holding in JLP, while their sp is still really very low, pre-production. The new venture earmarked for our relisting must be staggeringly good, to warrant such early selling of the JLP stock. Cough cough.
But it's probably utter crap, lol, and just another way of Bozweasel keeping the BMR shell afloat, ensuring that his wages continue to roll in.
Surely not?
Atb.
Mike, Bozzer is our Chairman and supposed representative of shareholders' interests. He is responsible for and is to be held accountable for BMR's woes or otherwise, regardless of whether you feel that Bird may be pulling the strings. It is appropriate, I feel then, that we shareholders address our concerns directly to Borrelli alone.
The buck stops with him.
In my humble.
Cheers Mike.
Cheers Vig. Best of luck in your endeavours.
Just be careful how much you reproduce on this forum. No-one knows 100% if the allegations are true and the other party may still be out of circulation in USA as we speak
The whole book description is worth reading, its only a few paras. I guess BMR Watch ought to contact Mr. Ulsteen to compare notes.

"Without caring about the interests of the company or its shareholders, Mr. Borrelli single handedly chose to give away one technology to the University of Florida for free, a technology which the Company had paid millions of dollars for. The company eventually had to pay an estimated $250,000 just to bring back the technology to the market. One of many amateurish and unforgivable errors on Mr. Borelli’s part. "
Leopards/spots...:-(
Vig It is £1.43 to download.

I'm surprised you ask that if you've been on Amazon. Google Mr Ulsteen
I’ll have to have a look at no 40 on the way home later,I go home that way every night.
You are welcome Vig. I did see that other address of the B & B, the one you mentioned. I spotted it upon doing a Director search, but it said on the home page of the B & B website that it wasn't run by the Borrellis, and I didn't feel Alex and his good lady, the headhunter, lol, would be permanent residents there either.
Good work with the Land Reg search.
I wish you well in your communications with old custard heels.
Best regards.
You might like to look up the other character in the book. He does seem to have a rather colourful past.
Oh yes, just had a look. The refurb is probably necessary, before the "Blue Square Guest House" logo goes up.
I see it has 10 pages. More of a leaflet really.
Well done on the letter to Borrelli. I think it compliments the one I sent him nicely.
You can download the Amazon Ebook for free if you sign up to a 30 day free trial of Kindle Unlimited.
I might give it a read over Xmas...
publishing a book doesn't necessarily make it 100% accurate of course. This could well have been a heat of the moment reaction to a relationship gone sour. Not sure what safeguards Amazon have in place.
That someone has actually written a book about Botticelli duplicity is unbelievable!
Is this book what attracted CB to hiring AB to be in charge of BMR. My goodnesss.
I have posted by latest letter to AB on the BMR watch site.
I have pretty much written off my considerable holding in this company. Hope I've done the right thing in buying into JLP. Time will tell but certainly seems more promising than the BMR set up
In your quest to bring Mr Borrelli to heel, you may wish to have a peep at this link which is openly on the Amazon website.

Hi Eric
If you look on Maps, the property is/was undergoing a major refurb. If you look carefully is that a syrup on the upstairs windowsill?
Where have you been sending your correspondence Vig? Or have you been contacting him to date via email?
It is likely you will find him at 40 Dukes Ave, Chiswick, London W4 2AE. That is the address of Borrelli Capital Limited, and is also the contact address for a number of other companies he is involved with. The property is a large residential house.
But I may be wrong. He could be anywhere. Lol.
Oops. I used "now" twice in the same sentence. Must be bedtime. Lol.
