Troaj, true, but I meant more that Bozzer isn't now bound by the rules of an institution or market such as AIM, so shareholder protection afforded under such rules has subsequently now disappeared. He has more freedom to unfortunately do exactly as he pleases, without having to seek our consent.
Not good.
Night.
sadly, rules are made by the instituitation,so it's made in their faviour, not ours.
self preservation m8?
niite sausage.
I mean particularly AIM rules really, where we shareholders would have had to have been given the right to vote on any fundamental change in business.
Fair comment Troaj. The whole delisting was far too convenient, in my view. Shareholders would surely never have voted for that JLP deal on those percentages and Borrelli knows it. Now we are buggered and waiting to see if JLP can even get Kabwe up and running. Then we've endured the licence fiasco and subsequent Blue Square mystery, that previously unheard of entity popping up from nowhere to assist with the licence reinstatement, well, it is more guff for shareholders to have stomached.
I'm not saying any more, but it doesn't paint Bozzer in a particularly good light. Now of course he can be completely covert, while we remain without a trading platform and aren't bound by stock market rules.
**** flaps.
yes m8,if bmr and jlp were comps situated in the UK and not africa
then all this behind the scenes dodgy dealings, back handers and corrupt deals.
would unlikely to have happened.
not even tom winnifeth could uncover the truth,in middle africa, away from prying regulatoryeyes m8
Yes, I did get zapped, aye. Also for having a go at the Sunrise chairman. The latter I regret.
Bozzer though, he's let us down massively and hasn't the good grace to resign. That's the type of prick we are dealing with.
that funny mechanical push bike poem, that was a bit rude....i seem to think you got zapped for a few days, when it was reported.
Troaj, I can't, though it must have been bad, but probably justified. Lol.
can u remember you infamous e d slo wey poem on o r e
back in 2011.lol.?
Ha ha, special shampoo. Love it. Aye, industrial strength syrup booster with added twathead.
Poor old Jezzer was pushing the trolley around while still on the fookin' phone to ACI. Lol. The bloody phone cable having been cut a year ago.
The poor little clutched aubergine is Bozzer's next project. He's investing in an aubergine farm for us in the Seychelles. Funnily enough, it's exactly in the same location as that of Quantock Plc, the company which bought our JLP shares for fook all. Deal struck in the Bahamas.
"Spot of jet skiing Mr Weasel?" Lol.
Vig's pipe cleaner arms are not to be underestimated. I hope he puts them to good use!
lol. I can just imagine Bozzer in Waitrose, shopping for his special shampoo, with Jeremy Hawke pushing his shopping trolley. Out pops Vig from behind and wraps his wire arms around the old Weasels neck (Mike's words).
Jeremy makes a dash for the exit, still thrusting the cart full of shampoo's. The old timer collapses before he makes it out. He lays on the floor mumbling words like "ACI", and "Blue Square".
Meanwhile, Bozzer has collapsed to his knees. Short on breathe, he makes a feeble attempt to grab a large Aubergine off the shelf, but it slips right through his skeleton like fingers.
The End
lol.
I can see the Bozweasel casually shopping in Waitrose. The little chap in a dreamy world of his own, musing over his next dreadful deal for shareholders, while having some oik push his shopping trolley around for him.
However, he hasn't seen Vig lurking behind the stacked tins of premium baked beans.
Payback time!
Howl.
Pmsl. Merry Christmas Mikey babes, ye olde pirate.
The trolls are gathering - BMR news must be close.

I doubt AB is the kind to be perturbed by mere words and threats while on his single minded mission to enrich himself. It may not be until he is shanked by an irate pensioner in the Waitrose checkout queue that he is finally made to consider the error of his ways.
Vig, if you go down the route I think you will go down, then it will all end in tears. The royalty is worthless until the licences are awarded, the plant is operational and production starts. There are times when it is better to let sleeping dogs lie.
Hi Vig, thanks very much. Have a great Xmas and New Year, I hope 2019 will bring about some returns for shareholders.
Merry Xmas and a happy New Year to all on here!
LOL. PTSB please
FireballXL5
You are almost there. Look one step further by researching the father. Then you will be getting close.
ok cheers.
has usual,i'me 3 months behind the curve.lol
That's old news mate. It was announced by GLR on 13th September.
It still hasn't gone through yet. I suspect GLR are waiting to sign a deal with JLP regarding Star-Zinc, and I suspect JLP are waiting until they acquire the plant, and that everything is ok with the licence going into the New Year...
I suppose we're all waiting on JLP where Kabwe is concerned.
the last part of this glr rns....glr to buy bmr remaing star zinc stake

His Instagram feed, he appears to have expensive tastes. Blue Square must be a good little earner.
