Perhaps the reality is different and we are not seeing the full story here but so far AB comes across as utter self serving filth. I hope BMR Watch isn't populated by the same credulous idiots that MA was happy to lead up the garden path (to the wood shed)
Had to pay Blue Square Minerals $300k for their help in returning the licence so JLP could take the bulk of Kabwe off us. He bought our share of Star Zinc and has subsequently sold it for considerably less not even than 12 months later. He gave himself a payrise for his antics so that will need servicing. And now its time to introduce a new shiny pot of gold to shareholders to try and take our mind off the asset stripping extravaganza he has been on for the last few years. A new pot of gold that not one BMR investor originally invested for.
A rumour appears to be he is willing to sell the royalty and Colin Bird will only be to happy to take it off us at Borrelli bargain prices. He seems to think shareholders want a quick buck? Most if not all those invested in BMR have held and held in the hope that Kabwe would be monetised at some point and if JLP plans are going to see Kabwe annual turnovers in the 10's of millions why wouldn't shareholders want to finally start to see a return on their investments on the project that invested into in the first place. But yeah I am sure shareholders would love £2-3m now rather multi-millions a year in the long term.
No, in Borrelli we trust cause that next pot of gold is only going to cost most of what cash we have and a large dilution. In the famous words of his predecessor 'what are we worried about?'
although i am not in BMR, i dont like why BMR is selling (i am guessing they are still selling bit by bit)?
this has suppressed JLP sp for sometimes.
many here also in JLP and believe that JLP will bring the fortune to compensate for the dismay in BMR...
is BMR desperate for cash to pay Alex salary?
Sorry Vig but a Garnishee order is used for repaying a debt - are we not owed funds for the sale of assets ?
The proper technical term for a full freezing of assets is a Mareva Injunction.
I thought this site had been shut down, I see there is in fighting still going on, that’s due to ungenuine people on the whole.
You got called a low life because you are constantly calling me out to be a fraud when it's not true.
Do something constructive and join BMR Watch, contribute, and find out just how much I and the Committee have been doing behind the scenes.
by the way, I have only been posting for around 2 years, but I have been invested here for around 7 years.
People will know I was posting as a BMR shareholder several years before you came on the scene. Insulting people as low lifes just because they don't agree with you merely strengthens their opinion about your real motives.
Vig, you don't have anything to prove on here. You only have 3card doubting that you are genuine, along with a few other low life's that post on here without even being invested in BMR.
Just ignore them.
"The tone of his letter is that of a frightened man."
Indeed. So frightened that he's dumped a huge chunk of our JLP shares at a fraction of what their value might be in a few months' time.
Stop hiding behind the old technophobe excuse and publish both lots of correspondence on the internet for ALL to see. It's very simple, even a child can do it.
It's a great fabrication by you both (or the same person).
You have not proved any truth to your communications with AB etc. Yet you congratulate each other. Everything you have stated before has not happened so why should anyone believe you now?
You even have the watch group thanking you for your fictitious efforts.
This is the sad fact for BMR over the years. Decent people have been misled by dominating dishonest posters who led them to believe that BMR was a great investment and they had inside knowledge from MA and AB to back this up.
I don't know why you feel the need to accuse other of being phony, perhaps you get some sort of a kick out of it.
Although I don't have access to the share register, I have it on good authority that VIG has proved his shareholding and it is substantial. I also believe his corospondance with AB is genuine.
As for myself, well, just register with BMR Watch and you will see I'm no phony. You are attacking the ones that are trying to make the situation better.
People, why are you taken in by these two phonies. Not sure what their game is but you can just imagine they are sitting at their computer screens in a darkened room piissing themselves laughing whilst they carry on this pathetic charade as your knights in shining armour, shamelessly raising your hopes that they are doing something to bring Ponzirelli to book.
If Viginere's correspondence with Borrelli is genuine, perhaps he can be persuaded to put it onto the internet for all to see.
I think I can speak on behalf of the Committee when I say we're not happy with the selling of the JLP shares, it has raised more questions and concerns.
We are in regular contact with AB and are getting responses. We feel that we need to have another meeting with him and make sure the business is being steered in a direction that starts to benefit BMR shareholders.
I'm not prepared to post everything from BMR Watch onto here. Those with access should mainly keep an eye out on BMR Watch for updates.
have to say about the sale of JLP shares and the direction AB is steering the company in? Are they happy with his leadership and comunication? It would be good if they could update holders here not in the group as to how things stand. Is Bozzer a shameless charlatan or does he have a cunning plan to restore our rapidly dwindling shareholder value?

We need to get a lawyer ,I am more than happy to help with costs ,as Im sure a lot off the board would.
There may be some sort of legal Garnishee order that could be obtained - need a lawyer
JLP will make hundreds of millions in earnings from Kabwe. BMR shareholders should be entitled to benefit from this through our 11% Royalty, it was once 100% owned and funded by BMR shareholders.
We can't allow JLP to take that last piece of the pie from us. It's our right as shareholders to step in and protect our assets if we feel they are at risk.
In my opinion there is a clear pattern of slow disposal of assets to keep insolvency at bay and pay 'expenses', again in my opinion, soon we will be in the position where we will be unable to raise necessary finance for any acquisition, so no relisting.
There will be nothing left not possibly royalties even.
Apologies I cannot be more upbeat but look at the way we have been managed - maybe not the right word.
We all know he plans to sell our "11%" Royalty to JLP, possibly for just a few hundred thousand pounds.
It's time shareholders stood up and took action before we lose our 'very valuable' Royalty!
Time to sack Borrelli?
That would be Boztastic!
Looking at the business done by Alex Borrelli in these 12-18 months it's hard to envisage anyone could've done much worse.
Don't worry folks. We still have 15m GLR shares to come our way. They've only dropped 40% in value since the deal to sell 15% of Star-Zinc and give away Kashitu was announced.
Thanks for letting us know, Vig. Keep the pressure on.
