So, securing funding for huge expansion at favourable rates added £0 to the value....yeah, right
Personally I feel for all the traders who clearly called 15p as their TP for yesterday. They might have to hold shares for more than 1 day and I really am praying for their mental well-being.
A bit worried for my mental well being Sanchez been holding for 2 years now........
What did I say Bitterblue ......
BR, I think you need to re-read. At no point did I say I was worried about traders. Again you are simply manipulating posts. I know you don't have a sense of humour but it was obviously a gentle joke.
Just think on this for one moment - you want people to engage with you right? Yet all you do is mischaracterise long term holders as dangerous rampers who won't discuss any of the issues with you. Why would anyone therefore want to engage with you given how you have introduced yourself here?
I would draw your attention to the multitude of instances over many many years where genuine long term holders have had lengthy discussions about all manner of issues we face and have faced from Covid to strikes, to V prices to delays, to use of the word imminent, to a lack of PR and so on. You are demonstrably incorrect and your actions belie someone fishing for confrontation, and highlighting of negatives rather than discussion. Personally I do not trust you (remember Des?) so have no desire to discuss anything serious with you. Others are of course free to.
Fekir, try not to stress out too much. The bottom line is everyone has a choice of what to do. You either trust Fortune to deliver and therefore whether you like it or now, have to simply let him do his job to get everyone out of this mess, or you, as we all are, are free to choose to try your luck elsewhere.
Not that it will make a difference, but I am fully sympathetic to anyone with a genuine belief in Bushveld, who feels depressed having to watch the current share price. There are a lot of people who back Fortune who didn't sell every one of their shares at the first sign of trouble, and not just PI's. There are major holdings that haven't changed despite seeing SP's of 50p in Nov 18. Fortune is accountable to them as well as us and I imagine there are a great many beyond this BB who are in the same boat to lesser or greater degrees.
Personally I am giving Fortune the benefit of the doubt and am clear about my own timescales for seeing progress. It's worth figuring that out for your own circumstances.
Yo brgmg69
Your post is meaningless dribble. It tells us nothing except perhaps you think your intellectually superior.
Try and respect others and keep the emotional waffle inside your Head.
Just my opinion DYOR.
Regards
Bobby
that made me laugh Bobby.
post recommended :)
I thought you had all the answers ?????
In all the years I have been here I have never seen a single new arrival who starts out by repeating the same question over and over again turn out to be a genuine shareholder.
This bulletin board, at times...
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d67rhIzUhhk
Brgmg69, they seem strange questions for someome fully researched?
BMN is down today because the GS selling continues - 3 x 250k and possibly 2 x 400k.
$6.5m conversion terms - check out the Vanchem acquisition RNS last year, the details are quite clear.
Next placing - Use your excellent knowledge of the business :)
"Maybe you can tell me why we are sat on a -5% today "
Because GS are still selling
"and also your opinion on what price the share placing for the $6.5M"
The 6.5M is NOT a placing. They are convertible loan notes and at about 11p maybe? Maybe higher maybe lower.
"will be and also if another placing after this one?"
After which one? The one that isn't a placing. You did read the RNS and understand the financial restructuring yes? If you believe something else is coming please explain.
maybe he read all the RNS's except that one??
Brgmg69, from the RNS....
'at a 5% discount to the prevailing 10-day volume weighted average Bushveld Minerals share price leading up to conversion;
I think we are all being mugged off by mr brgmg
All a bit of me me me and needy
Time to leave him talking to himself
isn't that a river in Africa ?
I didn't say l would filter.
Just think no one should engage.
But certainly not in denial
Ive seen a lot of good and bad in my time invested in bushveld and you are wasting the time of respected posters by repeating the same questions. They have been answered.
I'm not sure what you want people to say, wow we didn't notice any of these things till warren brgmg buffet turned up..
Anyway good luck to you
I smell a trolling POS.
I don't normally bother with these type of "discussions" these days as there isn't much point, I would however like to point out that long term holders who piled in when the current version of Bushveld Minerals was still a twinkle in Fortune and Mikhails eyes will still be seeing 400-500% profit. I certainly didn't see it as a rags to riches overnight thing as when I invested it was an idea being planned and Bushveld didn't even have a mine. Unless you're referring to short term long term holders?
'Like many AIM stocks that are found by longterm holders they expect rags to riches over night however that just doesn't happen.'
The style rings a bell somewhat...
It really does. His mask is slipping. Classic troll. Can't keep up the charade. I am 100% sure he is known to us under another name.
Who wants to buy a mag about an area of Birmingham ??
Brgmg almost every post you have written today has contained a jibe about LTHs or those that have very positive views about BMN.
Yet you have the cheek to expect those very people to jump to provide answers to your questions.
The answer Nick kindly gave you has been posted by others previously during discussions on the same topic and was extracted from the relevant RNS that you could have looked up yourself. Here is the relevant section from the RNS Vanchem Acquisition Completion Update dated 23 October 2020. (Surely the RNS title gives sufficient direction for someone of your intelligence as to where to look if you can be bothered!)
“Convertible at the holder's option in two tranches of up to US$11.5 million each, after the first and second anniversary of Transaction Closure respectively, at a 5% discount to the prevailing 10-day volume weighted average Bushveld Minerals share price leading up to conversion”
I don’t mind what views you have about BMN or the CEO or Vanadium prices or BE or any other relevant topic. After all this the correct platform to exchange those opinions (though don’t expect a gentle ride if you come over all negative!). However cut out the cr*p about LTHs. It’s boring and irrelevant. No wonder you don’t get respect from other posters.
Most people on this bb do not know each other and can only respond to the online comments. If you are attracting hostility from others it is purely in response to what you post. They have nothing else to go on.
You are clearly an educated and articulate person. What a pity that you have adopted a provocative and combative style that simply winds up other contributors.
So please shape up and engage properly with others on this bb.
@Pdub ... I think NickD's answer was the "if Carlsberg answered trolls...." ... just class
"I’m not emotionally attached and view it as any other investment" (09:00)
In that case please stop banging on and on (and on) about LTH's, ramping, yachts and Astons etc etc. Personally if I want to dream about buying a yacht and keep pressing refresh that's my own business and no concern of yours.
For someone not emotionally attached you seem very, um, emotional and, um, attached.
