Most if not all prob given to him as part of his remunerationbor at discounted prices. How many did he buy on the open market? Still the 20m shares are nothing compared to how much much he has extracted last 12 years or so

The problem is there are no real consequences for the BOD, they still get paid if they don't deliver. If it fcuks up they can just walk away after being paid obscene amounts of money over the years whilst diluting the shareholders

The questions that should be asked is where did that money go? Into their pockets or people they know

HarChris, AV is a chancer and is exactly like Fortune. The only thing that will/has saved him is the high tin prices otherwise due to his repeated failures he would have run ATM into the ground by now. Look at most if not all of his promises all ended up broken

Well AV is also rewarded for failure so he could have been helping his mates on the gravy train

It may be holding up but I have a feeling it will drift downwards as the week progresses

Only thing keeping ATM profitable or breakeven at the moment is the high tin prices. It can easily go the way of BMN if prices drop and they keep missing the improvement deadlines. More luck than anything AV has done. It was the same with the other chancer called Fortune

What is the take over price that SQM might offer? I assume if they want ATM then it will be as cheap as possible and not good for small investors
