If they had a healthy cash position they would have reported it as previous qtrs.
Plants wait until the next breakdown or investment needed on kilns or sag mills or whatever
There are positives but you need to be aware of the negatives.
Since you post postives we need a balanced view
Who needs experts or market valuing the company between 4p to 5p.
We now operate on feelings. The truth is our cash position is dire. Our income is less than our expenditure hence losses since the vanadium prices fell. We have 2 very old plants that need maintenance, shutdowns, load shedding, potential worker strikes etc.
On top of that we have the cherry on top of the orion debt that needs paying or renegotiating.
Only thing that can save us is vanadium price rises otherwise there will be dilution of shareholders to pay that debt.
Just my opinion and I am a shareholder.
Sorry to post in this thread again.
I would just like to ask why it is not possible to buy the rental premises from Fortune and his partner/s for £500k or more and reduce our costs and at the same time Fortune gets the money to pay off his tax bill?
Pub,
On top of his salary and shares, He also got a loan for his tax liabilities, he is also making money from renting his property to BMN.
I think he is a smart man and extracting the maximum value for himself.
I think the post makes sense ...no
Nothing wrong in that
Hi Paul/Pdub,
I have my own health issues but I keep them private.
Thanks for your happy thoughts tho.
I just wish to keep the talk on the BB centered on BMN. In the past all I remember is folks on here ramping the sh*t out of this share and/or the talk being switched to cancer when difficult questions were being asked about how the company was being run, Fortune and Mikhail. Over promised under delivered. Each time they release an RNS it is never clear and targets or timelines are quietly binned.
I am invested and deeply unhappy with how things have panned out here.
BMN have form in disappointing the investors.
The BIG negatives are the load shedding and inflation in South Africa. Any rises will be eaten by this.
Plus the orion debt.
The company may have cash comimg in but it is definitely not profitable
