I would just like to ask why it is not possible to buy the rental premises from Fortune and his partner/s for £500k or more and reduce our costs and at the same time Fortune gets the money to pay off his tax bill?

On top of his salary and shares, He also got a loan for his tax liabilities, he is also making money from renting his property to BMN.

I think he is a smart man and extracting the maximum value for himself.

I just wish to keep the talk on the BB centered on BMN. In the past all I remember is folks on here ramping the sh*t out of this share and/or the talk being switched to cancer when difficult questions were being asked about how the company was being run, Fortune and Mikhail. Over promised under delivered. Each time they release an RNS it is never clear and targets or timelines are quietly binned.

I am invested and deeply unhappy with how things have panned out here.

How can my posts depress the price? Do I have this amount of power on a small BB.

The reason the share price is depressed is because of the continuous failures of our great leaders

And this is why it is no longer a low cost producer and the SP is where it is

BMN have form in disappointing the investors.
The BIG negatives are the load shedding and inflation in South Africa. Any rises will be eaten by this.

Plus the orion debt.

The company may have cash comimg in but it is definitely not profitable

Personally feel that the CEO is using BMN as his personal cash cow.

As regards to the deliveries etc this will all level out for the year in line with the guidance which has been lowered due to the load shedding etc

So far most people have been wrong o this BB as regards to what or how much the company has earned or their cash position.

Just my view

Every day its a bargain price and every day its top up time. Pity the directors don't share the same feelings

The company's sp is at rock bottom because of the BOD and not any of the contributors here. Maybe you should be emailing them and calling them bottom holes as well.

Eskom VRFB project

· Completed manufacturing of the Direct Current ("DC") portion of the VRFB, with factory acceptance expected in April 2018 and delivery of the entire system still on track in the second quarter of this year;

· Commenced site preparation work at the Eskom site, including earthworks and cabling;

· Appointed two technicians from South Africa to perform installation and maintenance on the Eskom project. Technicians will be training at UniEnergy Technologies, a US-based leading VRFB manufacturer, in April. This will give Bushveld Energy the capability to install and maintain future VRFB installations in South Africa and regionally.

Just wish the MIA Mikhail had been able to sell something in the last 5 years
