definitely a long term hold... for £10 plus in 2 years. imo.
£19K panic sell below £5 in first hour... ouch!
it's a 'no brainer' imo. Happy to keep accumulating.
Whichever way you look at this, it's seriously undervalued. In the last year or so, global interest & awareness of plastics/bioplastics/alternatives has exploded. Companies are now more conscious than ever about plastic waste and you now even have major supermarkets removing plastic bags (yes, even the 5p ones!) from stores.
The demand for bioplastics is only going to grow exponentially YoY. Even a tiny part of this market will be worth multi-millions. Capture this and we're looking at many multiples of today's valuation.
The long term growth trajectory is only up imo. Fantastic top up opportunity.
Great buying opportunity - picked some up at 520 - it was 700 to buy yesterday so I'm happy! long term this company will help to save the world.
This RNS was so conservative BIOM has made it into the Top Fallers !
I agree with you.
I've taken more. Incredible bargain here imo
Mr market didn't agree! Might take some in this drop... imo.
Expecting a “substantial” increase in bioplastic rev in 2019. Sounds very good. Taking cash off the market cap, valued at just £14M for a nearly £9M revenue company! Hugely undervalued
Looking forward to 7am tomorrow :) but even more so when the masses cotton onto just how cheap this stock is! Even if the figures are £8M FY18 revs tomorrow, we should be significantly higher than current market cap.
Regarding the US coffee pod orders - I suspect it's for Keurig. Check out this article from a few years ago to see how eco-conscious the founder is: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2015/mar/04/why-the-man-behind-keurigs-coffee-pods-wishes-hed-never-invented-them
Get your heads around this. 2.37m shares in issue and circa 40% of them with major holders. This has to be one of the most illiquid and exciting stocks on aim. No wonder it’s difficult to buy but I don’t think we have seen anything yet. If those revenue no’s are close to 10 we could go up 50% tomorrow, who knows. Trek, imo with neck stuck out!

Update due anytime now and could be really exciting especially if new contracts announced and I agree share price could easily see £10.00 plus.
I bought in a few tranches as couldn't get a favourable quote for anything in size - 4 of the buys are mine. I'm surprised this share is so quiet given the heavy media publicity around sustainability and bioplastics. Big push all around the world.
I can't see it being quiet for long here though..! Glad I got the opportunity to buy in before the herd arrive
More buys in the last hour than the last 2 weeks! Looks like you aren't the only one getting excited for the update ;)
Been watching for a few weeks in case it dipped for an entry but alas, no..! Not going to wait until after the trading update so I've pulled the trigger and bought a few chunks. I expect FY18 revs to come in near £9M which would make us significantly undervalued at current prices imo.
Could conceivably see £10+ in the coming days on the back of a good trading update imo. Lots going on. I'm more interested in the forward looking statements.
Excited for tomorrow...expecting a nice blue day. I expect us to be very close to £10M Rev.
'Commercial' revenues should be commencing very shortly..interested to see how this is developing & give us more info on how much 'substantial revenue' is :D
Yes looking forward to them. Would be amazing to get to £10m in revenue but I think we will be closer to 9. Be interesting to see if cash position increases from £2.5m, not aware of any big capex spends as yet but I expect open will be higher due to new deals. I think the market will like the financials but it’s the bioplastics ops news that could really ignite this....
“It was noted in the September 2018 Interim Results that two projects in particular were advancing encouragingly through the development phase and, if successful, could lead to substantial revenues in 2019 and 2020. These projects are both with new customers. One of them has now completed its technical development phase in the US and commercial production is expected to commence in 2019. The second project, being developed in continental Europe, has now moved to production testing in the US and work with the customer continues to support an aggressive launch timetable, with commercial revenues being anticipated in the first half of 2019. Further new customer relationships are underway within this division which should lead to exciting projects emerging in 2019.” Trek
I see the Bioplastics division have 2 scientist job vacancies - collaboration with Notts uni. Good signs of the division growing :)
24 January Pre-Close Trading Statement.
is going to start selling with all it's supplements packaged in potato starch based bio plastic bags. No idea whether they come from Biome.
What a chart, gonna blast through 700p soon! Trek, Booooom! Always wanted to say that on a stock now don’t make me look silly!
NT for any buy over £1000....can sell my entire holding for well above bid. You do the maths....:D
Small trades seem to be moving this.........very illiquid
Looking good...remember, commercial revenue expected for 2 new projects in 2019! exciting times & current mcap is still waaaaay undervalued.
I can see these shares rising to at least 20 GBP this year, as the business is getting into decent profit and no debts.
Ask is at £7 now? Hmmm nice.... shame didn't buy more below £6.
