The EGM will be in London if you are interested. However, any Shareholder or proxy that attempts to physically attend the EGM may be refused admission. A notice convening the EGM to be held at 34 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LB (which is a registration address for offshore entities) at 11:00 a.m. on 4 March 2022 has been sent to Shareholders. This is really bizarre as the Isle of Man office is shut. In the RNS "the Company's operating office in The Isle of Man has been shut and replaced with a corporate service provider and the Company has established a small (serviced) London office to act as a central hub for coordinated operational activity."
For Eytan Uliel it is important that shareholders vote positively in the EGM so that he can continue writing and traveling to Israel, Australia, Singapore etc. Plus he needs money to look good in front of rich people. Check out his website https://eytanuliel.com/notes-from-venice-on-gaza/ and read his almost daily blogs. My problem is that he doesn't seem to spend much time on CEG work. Apparently, according to the RNS, Eytan would like a full-time salary for part-time 'work'.
BIOM is primarily an R&D company. It doesn't have an aggressive, professional sales team. Sales are farmed out to other companies such as Sure-Green and US manufacturing companies. That's why the share price has dropped from 600p to today's miserable price. Every year BIOM makes a loss yet doesn't have bank borrowings. It gains money from government grants.
Excellent work at BIOM. a nice sale in the medical field.
This is very simple. The icemax crew was drilling, not BPC. If the icemax couldn't drill to TD because a piece of metal accidently fell into the hole, then it is 100% Stena's fault. To maintain their reputation, Stena should have continued to drill at their expense, either in another area or at an angle in the first well.
Hi Glide,
I have telephoned and written to Stena. They have refused to speak or answer my email.
if you would like to write or phone, then contact Eirik.Reinertsen@Stena.com and Anthony.Rhodes@Stena.com
The phone number is: +44 (0) 1224 401180
i hope more people will try and find out the truth of this 'accident'.
the best RNS for a long time. Actual sales!
ShouldveSold - Check out the Admin Expenses - Staff costs -cash 1,521,000, professional fees - cash 3,324,000, travel and accommodation 206,000. CASH? who pays cash nowadays? Employees 1,182,000 (not directors), Other staff costs 417,000.
This company is run like a charity and PricewaterhouseCoopers are the undertakers and will probably announce next year that the company is bankrupt.
Hi Antha,
Last year I called this 'company' a charity and was berated here. I still say that it is nothing more than a charity with the BOD just looking to prolong their salaries. The BoD' salaries take priority above everything else. I would like to see a taxed set of accounts to see their expenses (particularly Simon Potter). How many 1st class air tickets have been bought? Has our money been spent wisely, frittered or back-handed? Let's see a full set of accounts - not abridged. The problem is that they have maintained the IoM listing which is tight for accounts.
So Antha, your post today are correct in my view.
"It is pleasing that the demand for the division's products remains robust and there have been important additions to the customer list and the division's pipeline of development opportunities in the first half of 2021. Whilst the division's rate of growth will be constrained by the factors described above in the shorter-term, the Board expects a return to the higher rates of growth indicated in its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in due course."
This will give Paul mines the time to concentrate on the tree sapling protection product. This RNS is designed to lower the SP for some reason unbeknown to me. seen it done before when the SP was over 600p. BIOM is not reliant on one customer. BIOM has always made sure that one customer can only take up to 10-15% of the total business. The SP will double by the last part of this year, due to additional sales. Then I will be at breakeven after 11 years. BIOM hates paying taxes so writes their RNSs accordingly. Plus, the priority for BIOM is stuffing their nests with retirement funds and share allocations.
I would be very pleased if Starchild were to use his valuable time by becoming an unpaid NED to specifically sell the Bahamas rights to an oil Major. Potter hasn't achieved anything for his million squid a year and Starchild could do much better. Starchild would give the major all the points he puts on this BB on a daily basis until they could only say "OK, we will take it". then Starchild could be paid a commission in shares.
