Starchild is a 'she'. you can tell that by her style of writing. i just wish that she would stick to facts, rather than using 'could', 'should', 'may' etc. She doesn't realise that the negative comments from other BB users stem from her ramblings about what may or may not happen. But then again, someone who has millions of these shares has to try and bump up the SP.

I would like to see bPC accounts taxed and see the number of 1st class plane tickets to Australia, the USA and Isle of Man. Rent for potter's house and offices which came off his carte blanche expenses. but of course that won't happen. I would also like to have a conversation with someone at Stena to explain the problem in Icemax and find out why they couldn't go to TD. I called them but the secretary said that she will get someone to call me. That hasn't happened yet. These important items seem to be hush hush and even Starchild won't have this information and she tries very hard to get the facts!

Willec, I've got shares, probably more than you have. I bought them in 2010, 2011 and more over the years with Oliver Potter's bowl "please can I have some more?".
Buying more shares is not going to increase the value of my holding . You are a serial ramper with limited vocabulary. Hence your need to call people who don't agree with you as idiots. This share us not going to make me or other LTHs rich. That dream and BPC has sailed away with the Icemax. Now we have a new company with the same BOD who do not have a success reputation

I am not anti BPC, I am just stating reality. The present mood of the Bahamas Government is against drilling for oil.
When BPC changes its name, then the website will be changed and all the history of BPC will be wiped. The BoD of BPC has spent 150 million on one failed drill. I would like to see the actual accounts of BPC, but as they are in the Isle of Mann, there is no chance. The company is now too small financially to achieve much without a lot of help from a major. I appreciate Stachild's assumptions but, she should stick to facts and not conjecture. It does not help newbies at all. Her expectations are not facts that all LTHs have seen. I hope that the slim chance BPC has will increase the SP, but I'm not holding my breath. This is a bottom draw job.

Layladylay - thank you for the update. That may reduce the SP somewhat. PIs should beR this in mind when investing despite what Star child states. She means well in her daily sermons but this sort of news is not good for her banter

Shouldvesold, what is there to be productive about exactly?
The SP is already lower than the open offer.

Shouldvesold - where are all the companies that have been in the data room?
What about a farm-in?
BPC is being dumped so will there still be a farm-in?

No open offer for me because the SP can be nearly zero depending on the market makers. I would wait until the SP is half what it is now. When Starchild was giving strong buy at 4 I stated that if Ibought at 4 it will go to 3. It's less than 4 now. I'm so glad I filtered the ramper

Simon Potter (Chief Executive Officer)
That's on page 8. I won't be reading any more until the Bod gets it's act together and writes it properly.

It's not 3.5p, it's .35 of a penny.

I bought Bahamas Petroleum shares to 'invest' in the Bahamas resources. 150 million donation to the BoD. The good thing is we won't have Starchild ramping every day. Who knows, we may find our pirates gold and the 'new' company may actually increase the SP but not with my money as there are plenty of companies that don't act like a charity and paying the CEO a million squirrels as a salary. No more donations from me.

Surely the fault of the P1 drill of having to sidetrack is 100% Stena, as they dropped the metal object . They should use their insurance to do another drill for free.
Dropping a 'piece of metal' is unprofessional and I doubt other oil companies would want to use Stena.
