Or your comment doesn't make sense and you can't explain yourself
finnovator, I guess you must be new to investing
I advice you to do some research
Chancer, your comment on dilution makes little sense - please elaborate.
Thechancers, you lied and tried to get people to sell Bids shares using Akers "leaving" as a motivator.
You were then found out and it was proven you lied about him wanting to sell.
Now you say people shouldn't follow Akers advice because it goes against your own views. You can't have it both ways matey.
Bottmzupward , Are you sure that your not talking about your clown J D
Sounds like you are stalking me checking me out, I wonder why, How is your other victim Akers ??? Are you still following him.
All negative posts regarding bids is correct, You pay your money and take your chance in this game and quite often the odds are stacked against you, Hence the reason why you have a sub 6p share price while the wise sold out. Remember , What ever % of funding will be the % of dilution.
I see the TW party bus is back in town, remember to hide any sharp corners and plastic bags as they are big fans of the taste of window moisture.
They do not own shares, and will only hold them once their ring leader (a climate change denier, racist and Donald Trump supported) tells them they can (after funding). They are merely trying to reduce the SP by creating negative noise.
Make sure to hide any bleach too, I'm worried about TW after Trump told people that there should be a way to inject it into the body.
I notice that chancers, aka malct5 on Twitter has changed his account photo from a Sid James picture to a Thai coastal scene now!
Maybe done to throw anyone off the scent of his fake narrative!
The liar returns.
Chancers, your words carry no credibility or reliability because you were proven to be a liar.
Its the same as when someone is caught out lying in a court case, from then on anything they say is regarded as questionable at best, and a full on fabrication at worst.
Have some bottle and own up...or just give up, you are embarrassingly transparent.
So I think most shareholders are pretty relaxed, Pull the other one Martmth , I wasn't relaxed even when i was in profit, The JD is a liar and you know it
Funding , Whats happening, I would be worried if i was invested , But i will take a punt after the dilution of shares after placing
Good morning matlot
It is nice to hear from you. I’m good, enjoying time at home during lockdown. How about you?
Fortunately I bailed out of this shortly after the directors sold shares last year. Unsurprisingly the SP has never recovered since the day the CEO and his buddy sold!
This company Has many parallels with the last. The huge pump and dump, the same chairman, big names to give credibility (remember Sally Gunnell), a CEO who makes AnnaG look truly professional. He has misled the market so much that nothing he says can be trusted and so far proven completely incapable of generating any significant revenue but there is always jam tomorrow.
Unfortunately there are many sad cases of over exposure which is leading to the usual exaggerated, desperate and aggressive postings on here.
Take care.
Honestly just don’t entertain it cozzy.
Nice one Jilson, thanks for the input as usual. Must have been at least 24 hours since you last jumped on here to call everyone an idiot? Ever thought about taking some time out to do anything else?
waddaweknow
You appear to be going a little over board for the Happy Clappers with those questions. Maybe if stuck to their script of “does the CEO prefer brown or white toast” and “what is the longest the CEO let his hair grow” they will be in a position to reduce their Prozac dosage and have a discussion with you.
As I have previously posted-
Girth posts exactly the same concerns on bidloozaz. He is labelled a de-ramper by the elders. Don’t know why he has a different opinion on here or why he becomes so aggressive with new posters when they voice EXACTLY the same concerns he has.
These idiots have ramped all the way down from 40p to 3p each and every post contradicting the reality of the declining SP. They try to hide the reality of incompetence by constantly accusing anyone daring to question the reasons for this debacle of being TW, having multiple accounts, working for a competitor, an organised criminal, have an alias or be a paid de-ramper? They think this diverts discussion from the real issues.
Same kind of satire and tone of wording as helx too.....hmmm definitely too many coincidences.
Helx 2 it is.
Bottmzup/Pillar2Post/Girdz/Rest of Merry Musketeers,
Good luck on your hot air balloons and happy landing, wherever that is...
waddaweknow, I know what doesn`t feel right, its your same claim as helx that you bought much higher but you`re worried about the future.....that old gag!
Girdz, ain’t it funny how the majority of them sound the same, in the way they punctuate.
Hhmmm very odd indeed...
Jeez Girdz,
1 Definition of slate - informal, British "criticize severely." My points were factual, not slating, so answers them factually.
2 "Aliases"-I think one of me is enough, why do you say there's more. Show me.
3 I bought ages ago, average is 27p (so I should be a "ramper"), rarely posted as I couldn't be bothered with the " hot air", now I want to know what might really be happening, geddit?
4 I obviously want the price to rise but there's something that doesn't feel right, not sure what.
Agree Directors selling early is not ideal, however small the amount in relation to their holding. They have been punished for it in terms of sentiment and the current sp.
Revenue does build BUT all the jigsaw pieces are not in place yet. This is a new ad category and people seem to forget that. There is not an off the shelf product or solution or blueprint that bidstack have been able to use. They have created the blueprint, or are in the process of creating the blueprint. You need all the jigsaw pieces in place to unlock the frictionless scale. They aren't there yet. And revenue has been building anyway, as H1 figures will be greater than 2019, as stated in the TU.
They have also said they didn't want to sign up big game publishers until all these jigsaw pieces are in place. We are not far away from that now imo. Sellers have dried up. Who knows what mcap this will be in 12 months time. My guess is £250m+ but that is my guess DYOR
Another dormant account in waddaweknow.
Member since 2016, this is 5th post slating bids.
It’s a joke these multiple aliases

I agree with a lot of what you say, however a few points:
1 Directors in a start up selling shares early is not just financially wrong but morally, bit like Cummings. There's an after burn smell.
2 Revenue builds, it doesn't just dollop in H2. Why no revenue figures indicating progress to date? This isn't Xmas retail.
3 They need money, so either an investor or maybe a customer pays a wadge upfront, or a placing, or...?
4 Could they be angling to take the company private? How would that work?
For me these are serious points/questions, I'm not into "upper/downer" ramping hot air.
Thank you.
Not sure there needs to be a conspiracy regarding whether they have published the AGM numbers or not. Naivety perhaps but really who cares, and really what difference does it make if it was 99% or 51%. I am sure there are greater to things to worry about, both in life and even with regards to BIDS than speculating on what the lack of a voting number might or might not mean.
And to put it in context I most definitely believe in Roswell, Big Foot, Nessie, the power of the Masons, anti vaxxers and every other conspiracy available.
It is the same with the criticism of Draper and the board, they have perhaps been naive in some instances, but I struggle to see what the reason is for anything more untoward given that Draper still holds a huge chunks of shares (and only sold a tiny amount). Seriously it is a rather pathetic crime for the sake of a few hundred £k...Although maybe we should add to the purported list of crimes that he is criminally bad at ramping the share price for his own significant benefit.
And seriously is he the worst CEO in the world? Whilst he might have a way to go before he is CEO of the year, he really doesn't deserve some of the vitriol he gets. James Draper is the CEO of a tiny company that he founded and is making a decent go of. Does anyone really expect him to have have suddenly jumped to be of the calibre of Bezos or others overnight? It is a fairly steep learning curve for him (and he does seem to have some experienced people on the board now).
BIDS is a start-up, as such statistically speaking the chances are it will fail, hopefully it will be one of the exceptions. It at least seems to have a good offering and revenue aside is making some progress.
Intrepid, sounds like you`d be better off in Boohoo...hoo...hoo! Wah, wah wah...boohoo!
Where`s my box of Kleenex!
RNSs, content and timing, are a disaster zone for bids - not sure why it's such an issue for them.
Interbread
Is that the best you can do.. ?
Must try harder
