I suggest in addition to Draper, your law firm checks out the liability and indemnity insurance of the NOMAD (if they have it) as a way of recovering losses? There may be more cash to recover from that source.

Draper is an absolute pig of a human being and I wish you all good luck with your quest. It would be nice to see him brought to justice.

We are still at base camp here. Over the weekend and into next week and months the news flow will be constant. We have the first mover advantage, the technology, the leader and the most experienced, diverse team of motivated business legends and gurus with unparalleled contacts chomping at the bit to make this a success.
On the other side we have a market maker who may have sold a few too many short at the ipo and is still grappling with BIDS success. Somebody didn't do their homework."

It looks like the broker may have halved their predictions for Bids? Jimmy D has either not bothered to announce it or does not have the respect for his shareholders to deny it? Either way round he is an absolute disgrace. Meanwhile the crash continues.

Botz, you have far bigger problems than Helx right now but just ask yourself 1 question;

Why would anyone need Helx to bring the SP down while they have the master of destruction himself, Jimmy D in charge?

Of course that post of mine was proven to be wrong - that's why I changed opinion as soon as the lies were exposed. Like anyone with an ounce of brain would. You can pretend that is hypocritical if you like but most would call it "awareness".

You however have been proven wrong every day for over 1 year and still refuse to acknowledge it. Sticking rigidly to the original script because you are either too blind or dishonest to change your fairy-tales.

As for your request for a prediction?
The truth is that on one has a clue what is going on here because there is so little information being released and the small amount of information that they do release has a very high probability of being false or misleading.
How that makes me gutless or what that has to do with my backbone is irreverent but you keep guessing if being consistently wrong is what makes you feel like "a real man", its only cost you 90% so far.

He has consistently made incorrect predictions about this company for over a whole year from the SP being 40p all the way down to 3p. His best and only defence being that I (who correctly predicted the decline) am nothing but a “bitter lemon”.

Maybe he will catch a lucky break and get one right one day – but that will be pure luck and nothing to do with good judgement.

I wouldn’t go that far, I actually thought it was a disastrous smoke screen full of typical JD- transparent power phrasing and void of any detail related to exactly where revenue will come from.

But I’ll still welcome the Smurfs if I’m proved wrong.

The increased revenue would usually be measured as 10 x same period 2019, not 2 x full year as you are trying to describe.

As you are struggling again please let me try to assist you by explaining why some people are disappointed about last year Vs this year in a ratio and language you may understand better.

Last year;
Imagine you want to spend £6 every month on a packet of Haribo Giant Smurfs but Mum only gave you 30p pocket money in half of the year (5p per month). It means you have to save hard for 10 years to get only 1 months supply of Giant Smurfs. Disappointing eh?

This year;
Mum tells you that she has great news and now wants to increase your pocket money to £3 every half year (50p per month). On the face of it, it is a huge rise but in reality it still means you have to save hard for a whole year only to buy 1 months supply of Giant Smurfs. Ten times better than last year but still disappointing eh?

You could be right but it could also be the tech as highlighted on BBs and by Justin W in his podcast a few weeks ago.

The deal certainly has not had any impact on H1 revenue and they are not forecasting anywhere near that kind of revenue H2 either so something is not going to script.

Pity they RNS'd it before being sure.
