Do you have any inside info on how the company is managing staff during the COVID-19 pandemic? Are the UK staff working from home? Have they introduced any furloughing? What about Riga? Latvia seems to have very few cases but has a very small population . Do you know if the government there will support workers if they are sent home? Support the business?
