I had mart all wrong25 Apr 2020 14:15
Apologies mart, it appears I had you all wrong. I couldn't make a better summary than mart did in his posts pre-ramping days.
What has changed since then?

Yep, there is absolutely no way JD should have sold 400 grands worth of shares knowing what's coming.
If this is his definition of giving shareholders a happy Christmas ... how to burn your bridges with shareholders.
Does sound like there are significant games in the pipeline but to leave this to the week before xmas - what a @#%&.

I don't like the cult-like shutting down of anything that questions whether all may not be perfect at BIDS.
Between whimsical posts about allotments and now we're going to spend our millions when BIDS becomes a unicorn, and finishing posts with copied BIDS hashtags, it's ok to question whether things can be done better. There is a lot of fanboyism on here, or so it comes across.
We all own a small part of the business, and it's alright to hold the business to account and ask questions? Yet anything other than blind optimism is called deramping.
I'd recommend the podcast The Missing Crypto Queen to see how hype and hope can muddy the mind and people can lose everything in investing in unquestioning blind faith in a person or idea.
The fact is throughout the year BIDS have systematically put in place what they think they need to succeed. They have secured some blinding deals. And have some employees and advisers with cracking CVs.
But none of us have got a scooby what kind of commercial deals we have, what revenue is being generated, exactly what they mean when they say they are executing, or even basics like what the plans are for next year. We dont even know what target they are working to this year, just an assumption it's the Peterhouse figures. We don't know what JD had in his mind when he said he hoped to give us a good xmas. We have a very superficial understanding and no idea what's going on inside the company.
I first bought in around 13p, then 19p and topped up later too, and havnt sold a bean. But I recognise right now it's somewhat of a gamble based on faith that James Draper is an honest man. One thing is for sure, if they dont deliver his reputation will be toast. I dont like the fact that I dont have enough information to make fact based decisions, and I'm forced to either sell at a loss or sit tight in hope. I am taking the latter route bit hope it wont be something I live to regret.
Good luck all.
