I read your reply and agree with some of what you said. I also did as you suggested "agreed to disagree" on the other part but that does not mean there are not many posters on here that constantly want to argue about something they did not read.

As for the authenticity of the article and TW's investigation in to it? You may be right, you may be wrong. We do not know but if this does go legal someone will have to prove their case so we will find out.

Two things that sway my opinion are
1- I cannot find any further information or articles by the author "Idella Taggart". Have you seen any information on her?
2- If there really are 8 lawsuits being issued they must feel that they have some evidence?

What you should be a little more concerned about is the 260% remark? 260% of last years £150k revenue = £390,000 . How long will that keep the doors open for?

With respect, you are attempting to discuss an article that you have not bothered reading. I have tried to assist you with my comments "TW MADE A GOOD CASE AGAINST ALL THE ALLEGATIONS IN THE ARTICLE". I have no idea if either the first article or TW's denial and further comments are true or not but at least I have read both sides for balance.

It seems you have already made your mind up about it without seeing it but if you have your money invested here I suggest you read it yourself, even if you do not like the thought of it. Then you can have an informed conversation about it and make your own balanced judgement.

I now understand mt is the alleged author of the article on TW. I have not seen any further allegations against mt.

I agree with your points and have added notes on what TW has written in capitals for ease of reading, not shouting;
A couple points R11111 as you getting off bidstack.
i) for tw or sp to call jd a liar i would expect them to have information to evidence such claim/s. would not expect them to post publicly. TW HAS STATED HIS REASONS
ii) legally it is for jd to take action IF he feels it worthwhile or he disputes said claim/s. he may be disputing. jd does not have to make his actions public. IN MY OPINION TW’s ALLEGATIONS HAVE BEEN SO DIRECT AND POTENTIALLY DAMMAGING THAT JD WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WINNING A CASE AGAINST HIM IF THEY ARE NOT TRUE
iii) tw or sp do not have to refute any information or allegations publicly. tw or sp can engage a lawyer and do whatever they wish is best for them. TW REPORTS THAT HE IS NOT CONSIDERING AN ACTION BUT SOME OTHERS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BRINGING 6 ACTIONS AGAINST THE ALLEGED AUTHOR
iv) did tw disprove that links existed. tw does not need to respond publicly against any links made public. TW MADE A GOOD CASE AGAINST ALL THE ALLEGATIONS IN THE ARTICLE
Can we get back to finding positives about bidstack? THE COMPANY HAS GREAT POTENTIAL BUT NEEDS TO PUBLICLY DRAW A LINE AND START AGAIN WITH SOME CLEAR FACTS AND BETTER SHAREHOLDER COMUNICATION.

He certainly has the bit between his teeth and uses some very direct language. I know many don’t like it but I’ve only tried to report the most relevant parts for the benefit of those that are interested.
Although some of it was a rant he did go in to fine details about his findings. Sorry but I don’t want to repost it for risk of breaking any copyright.

It was an interesting bearcast and write-up.

The part about author of that internet article about TW having links to bids competitors being identified and named as a bb ramper and not the journalist they pretended to be was good. But the part about some of bids competitors and people mentioned in the article launching lawsuits against the author for defamation was the bit I liked the most. I wonder if they are looking at a few posters on here and the allegations they have made.
