Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
You've no idea what the remit of the agreement is Girdz, can you point me to where it says it covers every country in the world? According the the RNS you mentioned, Azerion only operates in 18 countries.
"Azerion's established team of over 1,000 employees operating across 26 offices in 18 countries."
Would it make sense for them to be the reseller for the entire world if they don't operate in 177 countries? So I'm sure they were the sole exclusive reseller in those territories across all advertising formats. Bidstack are saying there were also non-core and non exclusive markets that were not part of the agreement.
Clearly not all regions were exclusive to Azerion as stated in the RNS yesterday. Hence why some additional resellers were brought on board in "non-core and non exclusive" markets.
"In addition to the robust pipeline from the Company's recently formed North American sales team, Bidstack has now brought on board a number of additional resellers in non-core and non-exclusive markets to ensure global coverage including MMP Worldwide (MENA), AdScholars (India) and Totally Awesome (APAC) and has established a regional presence in Japan to service media and licensing opportunities."
Based on the information available I can't work out why Azerion think they have a right to terminate the trading agreement, they don't seem to leg to stand on. They're an external reseller so it can't be anything to do with the internal US team. But we don't have the contract in front of us so that will always create uncertainty in the market.
Microsoft have all the resources in the world and have had all the time they needed to create an in game ad solution. Either they’re not going to do their own or Bidstack have stolen a March on them in which case Bidstack have done an incredible job - which is it?
The reality is even if Microsoft aren’t going to work with third parties (they are) then their solution would only be for their platform and no other publishers and eco systems would use it as it would be feeding a competitor. There would still be an enormous market for Bidstack to take a leading market share.
One things is for sure, even if you have another 16 years to troll this board as you probably intend to do, you’ll still do a terrible job.
“Bidstack showed their hand” - incredible stuff Girdz as always! You know Microsoft acquired massive Inc so they’ve already had 16 years to do this themselves if they were going to.
But do carry on, we all need the daily laugh you provide.
That reads like Eco still picking up 50% over $30m spend?
Helx what do you mean when you say "I've seen nothing that impresses me"? Thought you'd been a shareholder for years?
Why would you hold shares in a company that doesn't impress you? Hang on a minute, are you not actually a share holder!!!?
MIND BLOWN!!....
Don't agree management have a credibility problem, far from it!
Guilty of being overly bullish in the past and with some timelines but difficult to find management that isn't.
This isn't competition and Bidstack very likely in the mix.
"Business Insider talked to sources close to the matter who reported that Sony has partnered with adtech firms to help developers create in-game ads. The company reportedly wants to encourage studios to focus on free-to-play titles by giving them a way to monetise them, as the pandemic boosted their success.
This new approach to advertising on PlayStation should launch by the end of the year"
Girdz, why don't you give Bryan Neider a call and tell him everything you know about EA's plans for gaming? You obviously know more than him after his 26 years there, and now he's wasting his time on the Bidstack board.
Sure he'll feel like a right doughnut after you've explained everything. Let us all know how that goes won't you?
Also, have you ever tried stopping, then thinking, then typing? It could be a real game changer.
Girdz, you still haven't got a clue after years of being here, mobile gaming is nearly twice the size of console with mobile growing and console markets in decline. The rise of Unreal Engine, Unity, and cloud gaming with Google stadia, Amazon etc will mean the proportion of titles that are paid for in future will continue to decline. Free to play on mobile will transition to free to play on console and PC once the advertising market is there to support it (for suitable genres).
Bidstack has done deals with Epic Games, EA, Sega, Ubisoft, Codemasters,, the list goes on.... Sony and Microsoft looking to introduce in game advertising on console for some games but you still know better than all these companies combined. Thank you Girdz for all your gaming insights, it's truly baffling that you have to waste your time trolling this board every day instead of being recognised as a thought leader in the industry. Sure one day they'll come calling....

Difficult to know if the ads a bids, sounds like BNP have sponsored a tennis e-sports event before but this is the first one on mobile and first time Renault have partnered with BNP according to another article. Custom items can be purchased in store, so imagine that may well involve Bidstack otherwise I'm not sure Wildlife studios would ever have ever done a deal if they can do that themselves. Even if Bidstack is only partly involved still shows increased interest in the sector from huge companies.
Still it’s going to be expensive riding alongside Exxon and with South Africa commitments etc. was just trying to get opinions on how we’re going to pay for it, not get in cheaper as you suggest. These prices are still cheap anyway in my view.
Great thanks, as you say, was way out!
How many shares you calculating Phoebus? Mine was based on 250m post Azinam acquisition then JHI at 1.2 to 1 Eco which is another 208?
That’s what he’s saying, farm out block 2b / Gazania well. Wonder if that would be for a carry or cash though which still wouldn’t solve the funding issue for other licenses. Most of the interest in SA must be on 3b/4b with the Venus and Graff wells on trend but not much wiggle room for farm out there at 20%
With the JHI acquisition anyone know how many shares will be in issue will be in issue - 450m?
Any thoughts on how we’ll fund Canje block in Guyana and 3B/4B South Africa both potentially starting Q4? We hoping for cash from farm out in Walvis licenses or loan for Africa oil or is a placing more likely? If the latter we’ll have to get it out the way before the first South Africa drill on block 2b as won’t want to risk doing it off the back of a duster there.
Sloane, listening to you is like putting on RT news. You agree Bidstack are likely working with EA but then question if they even have a contract. Then demand it’s proved by disclosing the margins on the deal.
What companies disclose margins on a client by client basis ?!! Get a grip or just move on ffs!
Apparently the Marriet Bonvoy campaign in Tennis clash was also appearing on Madden NFL mobile! Check out the video at 11:25. Got to assume this was a Bidstack activation as well and say that's rather significant if so...
