So, they agree not to join NATO but will have security guarantees from 30 countries... that just happen to be in NATO.
Should see a good bounce tomorrow.
£100m sale price is still very cheap unless another party enters the race and makes a Higher offer as things settle down.
Ukraine negotiators willing on "neutral status" in return for guarantees from some countries, which has been the main Russian demand.
...Sunday Express apparently
Good reaction for Amur shares today in the wake of the Sunday Express article. Up 10% #AMC @amur_minerals

Which paper is that in?
The Russian Copper Company! I guess that's Tom Bowens earning his crust.

$200m for IG Copper and, hopefully, £100m+ for Amur.

POLY has been up +165% in last 5 days.
AMC been left behind. Should play catch up soon
Progress made at Istanbul talks today. Russia pulling back from some areas.
CNN...talks between the two parties will continue online 24/7
"We have documents prepared now which will allow the Presidents to meet on bilateral basis".
As per Ukraine presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak..."enough progress was made during talks to allow Putin and Zelensky to meet"...

POLY, POG, EUA, AMC. They're all going through the same 30% to 40% uplift today. If peace is declared in Ukraine expect the upward trajectory to continue. If it doesn't.......

Could the Acquirer be picking up cheap shares in the market to increase Voting rights ?
This has been quite Oversold anyway.
I dont believe the dilution had been that substantial to cause a drop in the share price. I did look at the numbers recently and the percentage wasn't enough to cause disappointment.
As for share price and target price for sale!? Who really knows. Only a mining company with all the info knows the true value, amur is just exploratory company and not earning from the ore and that will lower the company value
In my opinion
2.50 already touched today.
Last time share price was 40p and peeps waiting for £1, don't forget that.
Now more shares, Russia situation, but nickle price three times higher.
Robin Young looked at airships in the past rather than a road... decided against.
There is another company bringing a big one to the market
They say main problem is when load dropped off it becomes difficult to manage. link here.

Cheers, Geng - maybe something's stirring at last? - sasa.
Good luck to everyone who has stuck it out through this horror.
nice bout time
A bit of leaky news perhaps?
Nice little rise on at the moment.
Google showing amc @ 2.30 right now
Chart looking for a quick run to 2.9p
Yep, we would but Polymetal were where they were, pre invasion, on merit and fundamentals. We were where we were based on a potential buyout.
This won’t hit 3.60 unless there’s more buyout news and in that case, could fly straight past. Fingers crossed.
If AMC also did +140% move up like POLY in just last 5 days, then this would be around 3.60 pence
now.
Offer moving up, someone just happily called the bid up to 1.84p and bought some .. 1.9p offer goes and then we might even start with a 2 ..
