Agree 100% StockMaiden I have lost track of all the loose ends Mike Buck has left. Licences, Permits etc. Seems the only thing he can deliver are placings.

Takeover.? Recovery? More of the same or worse?

Lots of bluster coming out in recent RNS’s from both BOO and Frasers. Not sure which way to vote. boohoo don’t seem to be offering more than the status quo and haven’t really put forward anything of a strategy. Neither really have Frasers? I would have preferred to see a takeover offer from Frasers rather than this pathetic jostling for power. Also doesn’t look like anyone else is interested in making a bid. Surely all this would have presented an opportunity for another party to show their hand.

For me the logical next step and what I want Mike Buck to come out of hiding and say. Is we are going to drill another well in close proximity to H1 to 1. Double the production rates and 2. Relive the pressure on H1. Future wells should be then a step out from these proven wells up until we start to see a pressure drop across the production field.

And why are they not buying. Mike Buck sure knows the answer. He just doesn’t want us to know.

Funny how Mike Buck’s morals never allowed him to grease the palms of the Mongolians to move our permits along. Yet he doesn’t allow those morals to get in the way of shafting private investors who have stuck by this company for years. If this does end up going tits up which it seems to be. I hope he gets his come uppance!

Why put H2 800m away? If the pressures are so good on H1 why not sing another nearby.

Mongolia may be difficult but it’s not impossible. Rio Tinto and Petro China seem to get what they need out of the place. You would think Petro Matad with its Petrovis connections should get things done a little easier. Mike Buck isn’t telling the full story here. It’s unfathomable that anyone can be that incompetent something is most definitely afoot. My feeling is shareholders are been softened up for a low ball takeover . My guess is Petrovis and the Mongolians will want to buy the stock they don’t already own. GLA.

The best help for the company is Mike Buck comes out f hiding and either resigns or explains how he is going to restore shareholder value and confidence? How much oil is there currently in storage? What’s the value? What’s the quality? Who’s the buyer? What’s the timescale for sorting H1? All these things could be answered pretty quickly if he wanted? Why the silence?????

Absolute joke of a CEO. His silence makes this even worse. Can only assume there is more to this than the RNS states and SH's are not been given the full picture. Sub 2p on production doesn't make any sense. All these so called problems didn't need an LP to address.

100% agree master82 - Every RNS is tainted with a negative remark or comment that sows doubt which may or may not be a conspiracy? How much oil will we sell this year? How much revenue should we earn? What are Matad going to spend the money on? What will our mcap be come 2025. These are all things I want to hear from MB.
