The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
What point do holders on here believe the SP will start to tick up? I have to say the people that said the SP sit in the mid 2's for the rest of the year following the placing have got it spot on. Interested to hear what they think the timing will be before we see an improvement. I had hoped to get out following the EL and move it into HZM.
Themselves! is the answer to that one.
Why would anyone offer £25 for something when the seller has publicly agreed to accept just over £11? Thankfully I am only down a few % but there are others who have been stung badly. Crap deal and crap management.
Just sold out my lot. Not going to get to where I hoped. Stuck it into HZM they are on the brink of some good news. Very competent management over there unlike this lot. GLA
Am I reading the last form 8.5 correct. Are TPG buying up shares at 1158p??
Can someone please explain why the current share price is still above the bid price? Would have expected to see this drop to the 1125 price??
Looks like the BOD are happy to endorse a deal well below the previous 12 month high. No other offers announced. I will be thinking twice before investing in UK tech again!
My guess is equipment or technical supply contracts of Danish and Finnish origin? Had to Google Sandvik but they are Swedish imagine there are some big contracts going there way. That’s the point of ECA’s.
I have made good money over the years from easyJet. Sold up in 2018 for a house deposit. Just taken my first flight in 18 months MAN - GVA on EXY expected it to be half empty it was full not one spare seat. Same on the return journey. With testing restrictions getting lifted imminently this will be a shot in the arm for short weekend breaks and business travel. I’m getting back on this share first thing. gLA
Needs to be £20+ in my opinion.
More likely because I bought them!
As the current share price is below the 3.5p price for the new open offer shares. Will this mean nobody will be taking up the new shares hence less dilution?
I know the open offer shares are only a small proportion of the overall dilution?
Refinery getting built and next this!

The Hoards of Mongolia -We have looked at the valuation of the operations through a standard RENAV (Risked Exploration Net Asset Value) derived from discounted cash flow. Using a flat Brent oil price of US55/bbl, we believe that the base Heron development could be worth approximately 9.3 p/share. We have assumed a 50% chance of the company being able to increase Heron’s reserves up to the target level which would add a further 9.4 p/share to the valuation. The risked exploration would then add a further 10.1 p/share to this value. This gives an overall RENAV of 28.7p/share. Investors should view any valuation in the context of their own assessments of the relevant risks.
Elon Musk clearly manipulating the Bit Coin price. Buys a shed load of Bitcoin > Announces Tesla will accept Bitcoin > Bitcoin Rockets > Sells his Bitcoin? > Shorts Bitcoin? > Announces Tesla will not accept Bitcoin > Bitcoin Plummets! IMHO
Hi Spartacus 12
Unfortunately I have held this share since the days of iii when Chubbster and Schachmeister were the BB hecklers. Averaged down over the years. Part of me lives in hope and part of me has this written off?? It's now an expensive lottery ticket for me...
