Erm - I think a lot has happened with the share price over the past few weeks. Lets face it that is all we really care about.

Another milestone met. You wouldn’t think so looking at the SP movement. Seems stuck in the doldrums.

Careful what you wish for. Whenever MB opens his mouth the share price tanks.

We were expecting this to rise following spud at Velociraptor. Now almost 50% down on last months highs. Doesn’t seem to be much faith in the prospects of the raptors.

If Velociraptor turns a duster and the LP is not in place then we would be looking sub 2p. LP then may bring it back to nearer 10p.

Still hoping for the LP ahead of any news at Velociraptor. Anyone that was around for the Snow Leopard and Gazelle drills will be feeling the same.

I understand it. Seems like many other on here don’t. They think the price should go up in lock step with the increase in buys.

For every buy there has to be a sell. What you see reported doesn’t give you the immediate picture.

What nonsense! There have been plenty of buying opportunities for this share since oil was found at Heron. The share price go’s up and down based on the markets belief in the companies prospects. All these MM conspiracy theories just are just fanciful. I strongly believe however, news of the LP will leak and I will expect to see a rise ahead of the LP been granted.

The oil pipeline through MATD soum only reinforces my belief that MATD's oil at Heron is been kept in the ground until the refinery is built.

Yes, we have been saying this since the turn of the year. If the LP hadn’t dropped before the Raptor spud then this would become more of gamble than investment. Think predictions back then were sub 1p should we strike dust on the raptor without the LP.

It doesn’t help that our CEO is a drip. It takes a strong personality to succeed in business in corrupt countries. It’s not just a case of greasing the wheels but following up making sure you get something in return. I scratch your back now you scratch mine. You don’t roll over in hope that one day you’ll eventually get what you want.

It's highly likely that we won't see the LP for Heron before Velociraptor spuds. If we are lucky we may get it before the drill depth is reached? I am sure most sensible investors here were hoping for the LP prior to spud with the hope of top slicing a few quid and de risking their stake in the raptor drills? Looks to me now that we are all Sh*t or Bust on Velociraptor. Heron feels like a wild goose chase now.

So we will be spudding the Raptor without an LP. God help us!

Dozza - I hope I am wrong and you are right. We are fast approaching the end of May and there is still no news!! What's the hold up? Why no explanation from MB? What was his meeting in IOM about it must have been PM related. Why not inform shareholders? If we drift into the Velociraptor spud with no news on the LP then it really will be squeaky bum time.

I fear in Petro Matad's case it means that the oil must be kept in the ground until it can be refined domestically within Mongolia.

Hope I am wrong but its the only logical explanation for the delay.

Don't post here often. Can anyone explain these losses down over 40% in a week. Were last weeks results really that bad?

The market seems to punish the SP at any given moment. A sound company with its product well placed and in demand.

Boohoo sizing is completely messed up. I have posted on this before. My mrs ordered loads at Christmas and they were all way oversized. Sent it all back waste of time and cloth.
