What were you last time?
Interested to know who hav changed their mind after the last vote?
1.8p and we will still have, at the minimum a company worth 0.58 pence.
Better take 1.8 pence and still have 0.58 pence in value rather than just have the 0.58 pence value the share will fall to on a no vote.
A bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush. And we may very well get two birds. 2.38 pence.
Vote YES.
Are you in the telegram group?
Anyone link to telegram group?
Last deal, 27% voted for the rubbish deal, further 24% will likely accept this deal. Taking it over 50%.
Last deal only 15m after disposal and then further 10m after 12 months. Another 50m in 5 years and then 3m every year after 2027 for 10 years. Amc would never hav got that nor i would hav waited that long.
Current deal 35m, closure, 1.8p a share divi and keep shares in amc..
I'm a yes all day. Given the situation and the finance required to get this done and the fact that I have averaged down. It's a Yes from me!
no comment
most don't post, just like most didn't vote last time. only 22% turnout... but the most vociferous 'no' posters are in the telegram group.
But where are all the lth? Do they not post here..
Are they in telegram group?
The price is as because of the significant risk the offer will not be accepted.
If the offer is rejected the SP will most likely crash to 0.3 to 0.5p
This is why in my opinion the offer should be accepted. My vote is YES.
The more people willing to declare their YES position the higher the SP will increase.
The SP is currently at the mid point of acceptance and rejection.
Summed up nicely by Katstrangler, this is a 1.20p share all day long at the moment? You know for sure it will pay 1.80p if a deal gets accepted and it will probably retrace back to 0.60p if it gets rejected? So it is currently sitting right in the middle of the two!! Market sentiment will dictate where it goes in the coming days but its very much like a heads or tails, red or black situation? The offer is very poor for long time holders and risky for newbies looking for a quick money maker, anything above 1.20p gives me the impression sentiment is for an acceptance of a deal and anything below it will be rejected? GLA
£15 worth of buys at 1.3 vs £5k sells at 1.25 shows it'll get cheaper before some reality comes to the holders and they start seeing the 1.8 as the end of this current run. (still looks weak, though, in spite of the upside from current price).
Nobody on a bb knows another person's situation, so let's stop the insults just because someone has a differing opinion to your own.
A few things I think everyone needs to consider;
We all knew the risks involved investing in AMC but we are in a situation no one could have predicted (SMO).
You have to forget everything that came before including the last monetary offer, it's gone.
We are not dealing in the West, this is Russia, they openly do what other countries do secretly. If they have decided an entity should be the owner of a company/asset that person will get it regardless of whether there are other interested parties.
We should only be looking at what's being presented and decide whether the offer is right for you, it's your money.
There are a lot of people standing to lose a lot of money here, there are also newbies and traders who stand to make a decent profit, everyone has their own agenda.
It's not the outcome any long term holder wanted but it is what it is and everyone has the right to vote however they see fit.
1.30p just paid, but it should be a lot lot higher. closer to 2.0p
£35,000 Million offer worth 1.8 pence to shareholders with the remainder of 0.28 to the company. Add £4.1 Million worth of cash the company already has of 0.30 pence. (£4.1 Million)
1.8
0.28
0.30
TOTAL 2.38p
present price of 1.24 gives this a lot of upside.
Strong buy upwards of 2.0p
make the bb sound like a suicide pact!
what now sounds like whining from lthers for being caught out by world events (not exactly their fault but not exactly fixed by bravado) sounds more and more like a warning shot to stay out of the company, in spite of there being 40% upside from current levels.
bad enough to be stitched up by Sviblov. to be stitched up by angry lthers is something i wouldn't want to see. staying well clear until there's proof the sp is going to rise and there's a change of sentiment.
gla.
Agree Manuel, as sad and unjust as it is after all this time, the investment case here is finished - sasa.
The reality is this company spent years not really doing anything after the licence was awarded, talk of zeppelins, sometimes they were going to "go it alone", sometimes sell, sometimes a royalty deal, smelt here, smelt there, every year having an exploration period, spending millions especially on director's pay and it's fallen apart in the last 6 months, it's the wasted years that was the mistake if they were just going to sell it; effectively let's say $100m was spent by the company and it's now being sold for $30m, clearly just value destruction, they'd have been better off buying and holding physical nickel over the years.
Reasons for recommending the Disposal
The Directors believe that the Disposal is in the best interests of Shareholders for the following reasons:
• The Disposal price represents the most realistic means of Shareholders realising a return on their
investment and there is no present viable alternative likely to produce any value for Shareholders.
• The Disposal price represents a significant premium to Shareholders compared to the market
capitalisation of the Company and it has committed to pay a special dividend of 1.8 pence per
share to be paid to Shareholders within 90 days of Completion.
• In order to move Kun-Manie into a development and production phase, significant further
investment is required to be made by the Company including significant expenditure on
infrastructure and access roads. Given the worsening geopolitical environment, there is no
guarantee that Amur will be able to source and execute financing agreements to meet this
required spend.
• The Company will continue to be listed on AIM as a Rule 15 cash shell (subject to the restrictions
noted under ‘Future Strategy and Special Dividend”) which may provide enhanced opportunities
to create and deliver shareholder returns.

Think very hard,

To western company this asset was worth around 100m, but war happened, Sviblov will not sell but take it to production, he has the cash to do it.
What I get is that Sviblov will sell this on to someone probably in quick order for many multiples of what he pays us. You want to watch as Norilsk takes it? I’d rather deal with the organ grinder than his envoy
You throw in the towel when you know you’ve been beaten.
It’s too late for Amc in Russia it’s done get it sold and move on
MD
Patiencepoor
You dont seem to get it, bigger companies are divesting from russia, bp, shell, haliburton etc there is no future for foreign companies.
There will be license requirements and no one will fund amc why cant ppl accept that. Also the russian govt will never allow sale of asset from western nation at fair price just to prove point to west..
https://amurminerals.com/content/wp-content/uploads/GM-Circular-August-2022.pdf
russia have this tied up... they have the final say. there are no western companies that can take it. it's a carve up but at least you'll get a couple of the slices.
every company that goes bust is 'worth' £millions. but not the number of £millions that covers most pi's investments. lthers would rather have nothing and imagine a day when the war ends, economies improve and the new political cold war thaws out. don't know about you but if i buy into this, i don't have 10 years to see improvements. plus, where's all the new money going to come from to 'revalue' the company? it's telling that lthers have lost so much money (which is a miserable state to be in) but still imagine, with the same logic, that all this can come together to be 5p again or better,, one day! as if it's all just a game of bluff with russia.
If you vote No your shares will be worthless.
AMC will need to raise to fund the company and any licence requirements.
The Russian Govt could seize the asset for national security reasons, who is going to invest in Russia again, no funding for development and retail investors aren't going to want to fund.
Best option is to vote YES.
Or rebuy shares now and you get 1.8p
