The purchaser Vladislav Sviblov esq. (who has already bought me out of Trans Siberian Gold( LSE.TSG)
for very little premium....will be looked after by the Russian Regime....what he asks for he will get.....and I've no reason to doubt...his honesty/integrity.. and fulfilling promises to us!
This decree is about investors selling shares. It is not about a company, eg AMC, selling its resource.

Lowbands.....The next one eh?
I would add....that if I had my whole life over again.......I would.....never go near any share nor investment nor any gamble.....and instead would have bought physical PMS and property.....or even a hotel!
And would never have reluctantly put any asset in joint names......to have it stolen from me legally but not lawfully...and not morally.....but I'm here in shares now.....as my only salvation to fix all that....for retirement income......and have a very balanced portfolio with cash, shares, PMs, collectibles, two properties, boats and a new wife.....I chose my path.....good luck to us all!
I think what you say makes complete sense bankrupty and I probably will reluctantly vote yes.
Just wish that third option was on the table, after that first offer was recommended it was obvious that the shareholds were the last thing on this BODs minds.
Anyway it won’t be the first share I’ve lost on and probably won’t be the last.

A decree, signed by President Vladimir Putin and published on Friday, immediately bans investors from countries which supported sanctions on Russia from selling their assets in production sharing agreements, banks, strategic entities, companies producing energy equipment, as well as in other projects, from oil and gas production to coal and nickel.

Lowbands you say "The other thinks say no and take a punt on a better offer coming in."
Indeed I understand and perhaps there is indeed another offer coming for you.....but you have to action it...and you also husato......you too!
Take the 1.8p....the sell the 0.6p....or wait to see the new asset and sell at say 1p? (if you don't like it.)......buy whatever new share in whatever company you wish.....it could do really well for you......Two of mine ALL + PXC I hope for x10 Multibaggers and I've been in some that have mulibagged by x hundreds......these opportunities are out there...DYOR.
Alternatively say no....and if the vote overall is no....then we lose the lot and have nothing left for a newstart if so desired that could lead to prosperity......I have lost 100% on many companies....and done so well on others...I have watched my porfolio of 30 shares....lose 90% between 2012 and 2017...losing 100s of thousands.....and I'm like the phoenix and rising back.... about half way now! You got to keep on fighting....or it's just a sad story to tell for the rest of your lives....over half a pint or a tinny....GLA
The guy has been in negotiation with amc for a while, no other offer has come.
Cant believe some will on spite not accept deal, just giv money to charity rather than lose the lot.
I think this time around they will have the votes. Hav their proxies buy shares under 1.8p.
I would vote yes if the third option was on the table.
Full payout and turn off the lights for good.
It won’t be offered because both deals were negotiated for the benefit of the BOD and not the shareholders.
That is obvious to anyone.
that has turned into just $35m. But if we don't accept this we might get NOTHING.
Must be sickening to those who voted to reject the £115 million.
But NOTHING is a lot worse than $35 million.......
I will be voting to accept.
Maestro,
"Get your divi and sell the rest".
Good advice, that's the way to go for me.
What irritated me about the BoD is their sheer front too come back with this proposal knowing the strength of feeling about themselves full well.
i ujst cant stomach 2p or even 2.3-2.5 p total
if i knew the next venture was as good as nathan river which did well or even if adam habib was still there who borkered that deal, i might have some confidence in a new project delivering on top of the special dividend as to double the payout, i might feel some hope.
RY knocking on in years over 65 isnt he?
i just cant escape the feeling that another buyer will emerge, but then i have serious doubts too that one, will and as some say what hapens if things get worse and Amur just cant continue operating....so i jsut cant vote yes, but i am too worried to vote no, and if i am to worried to vote no then common sense tells me to vote yes....but it is just too low for me to do that aswell...if it was a bit higher..it might feel a bit respectable, but 35mil is just rotten.
I’ve been here since 2015 with a current average of a little over 6p.
I’m in two minds about this offer. One part of me thinks take the offer and be happy I didn’t loose it all. The other thinks say no and take a punt on a better offer coming in.
My big gripe is this BOD walking away with their jobs and still taking a wage.
If it was a full sale and close the company then I’d vote yes but I don’t want the BOD to benefit so I’ll probably vote no.
They were useless before the war and pathetic ever since. RY has nothing to offer any share holder going forward so why keep employing him.
People may disagree but that’s my opinion.
Good luck to everyone whatever way you vote.
Pog was a sound company, sanction put them in a bad spot, now it will be sold heavily discounted to some russian oligarch. Probably 10% of value.
Get your divi and sell the rest will make more than 2p.
Maestro,
Yes, I get that, however based on past record I do not have confidence in the current BoD to deliver a tangible outcome in my liftime - and I am planning on being around for quite a while longer!
Cheers Guys...I am not able to repost it Mon 8am....but if any of you see value in it being reposted during trading on Monday....feel free...! I will be setting some buy limit orders to top up!

Etank
1.8p per share is special divi, you will still keep your shares after special divi and the company will still have around 0.6p per share in cash to continue trading.
Bankruptcy
That is my point, they will have around 2.4p per share in cash and a listed company. It adds value, there will be alot of assets under stress in coming months so amc will find some bargains with remaining cash.
Oracle
What a bunch of nonsense, alot of damage has been done.
When do you think war will end?
They have sanctioned russian banks and oligarch, this will not change over night.
I think for at least 10 years relationship with russia will be poor.
Very good chance the asset is stolen from us in mean time if we decide to keep, burning current money just to maintain asset. They will want certain development of the asset we wont be able to kick can. Ppl can pay russian roulette but this is the best deal we will get. Nato want russia to get out of whole ukraine this will never happen.
1.8p represents a 50% loss for me, which I would be prepared to accept - however RY and his cronies are still hanging around following this deal. They need to go! Sell the lot and payout the proceeds to the shareholders now is what I am looking for.
I do not think it desirable for the current BiD to invest our money in a different venture just to maintain their employment.
End off!
Each to their own but with the £29m and perhaps £4m already in the bank.....£33m in cash gives us a NAV of £33m...which is equivalent to 2.37p per share....which is 190% of where we are today
If we pay out the £25m ....(1.8p per share)......we will be left with a NAV of £8m or therabouts.....which is worth nearly o.6p per share.......A new project with a plan could easily put our market cap back to £15m or more!....which is 1p + per share
...which is more than the .68p we were in July etc. and we'll have had the 1.8p.....in our pockets besides (44% uplift from now)
so it looks like we can easily double+ our money from new purchases of AMC today or close the gap by averaging down!
There is no sensible alternative than to accept the deal....we can only look at where we are today...and forgive past mistakes/intentions/guidance.....this acceptance will make us money from where we are now.......DOUBLE+...what you have NOW!

Wars end …and Putin will go panic not it is far to early to take such a derisory offer yes I understand the fear buts the the game you have chosen to play simply a high stakes gamble on a Russian resource need I say more.
But the future belongs to the brave so be and you will be rewarded handsomely it’s as simple as that ….. they want this asset and you hold it ! The only real gamble it been nationalised it simply a bluff to make you sell …YOU HOLD THE WINNING HAND ALREADY
and i do not drink alcohol, or consume any other intoxicants at my age...but i know and see clearly another persons tactics, even when their motive or string puller is not clear, however in the situation the tactic used by the buyer is clear as drinking water....do i need to explain, i choose not too let you know what i know and much i can see...somethings even you and your clever clogs partner can be sure off....i am sure 2p is another low ball offer and it is NO...from me and tell the idiot to shut up..
i know nothing as far as you are concerned.
As a very long termer having bought my first 1m shares at 6p and even invested another £125k into this at 23p in the heady rise to the 40p days and did not sell thinking it would go much higher (greed and foolishness on my part) . Got my Average down to 4p over the years and even sold 150k at 11p a while back. Like many here would say If Only and would have - could have - should have !! Not any More the shares I have are Voting Yes for this Deal .As much, as I like most on here want and deserve a Better Outcome the one thing We are not alone in Encountering is the Unpredictability of Mr Putin and the Russian State. So very regrettably Its a YES from Me .I wish us all luck in getting this Passed Both at our EGM and the Russian Authorities !!!!!
