Amc vote should come up as a corporate action on your a/c .The last time it was ok but possibly a few days later than some others, but you will get to vote ok. (for or against is a different question??)
Brian007
You can do it via secure message but given that the circular hasn't been posted yet with details of the resolution(s) to be voted on (probably only one) I think it best to wait until that has been released. Interactive usually produce a form that allows you to vote electronically so maybe wait a day or two for that to appear.
The 8th. August RNS says the company will put a copy of the circular on their web site. It should include details of the resolution(s) to be voted on but I don't think this has been released just yet.
TDT
Ever Get the Feeling You've Been Conned? OK, 50% better than a boot in the chuckees, but I'm voting NO. Why do you think I should accept 25% of what was presented in the January RNS?
Does anyone holds AMC with Interactive Investors?
How to vote with them?
Need to read the statement and understand the message. There is no alternative.
My name is Sviblov, thank you to all shareholders for investing for many years in Amur minerals.Your CEO Mr Young is a nice enough guy,but we ate him for lunch.(350km is that all)that is what he ate up.Well now we take all the permits and licences,oh yes and also the years in the making TEO(all that printing) and go to Kun Manie and mine that nickel.
We were ok to let you westoners bring millions in,but you cannot so once again thankyou for all your losses. Most thanks must go to long term investors,I hope you have learned an expensive lesson
Sviblov
IMHO the problem here is not with Sviblov, but with the Russian Federation. In normal time this would be fis first offer, and another would be forthcoming on rejection. I don’t think he will be able to as it’s the Russian Federation that is calling the shots.
IMHO
Im sure Sviblov, wants to add the commodities we have to his portfolio, he's an intelegent person, a business man who knows the true value of Amc once it comes to production. He's very capable of taking it into production and I'm sure he will also benefit from 1) the mine being in Russia 2) being russian himself
This will enhance his portfolio and bring in huge revenue to his company and give him high self-esteem
If we vote No, i believe he will come back with a better offer..
If he doesn't and we go under then he risks Amc slipping away from him altogether.
I can't see him letting Amc slip away after showing such interest

Without wanting to be offensive, you have been very busy of late, I assume you are not working for AMC?
Etank: got to agree with you, there are a lot of busy yes pls of late on the BB
Do what you feel is right for yourself.
GLA
Just put it out there:
"The Company has been advancing the Project in accordance with the terms of its Detailed Exploration and Mining Licence and notes the anticipated life of mine capital cost estimate of US$ 1.92 billion, including US$1.14 billion for preproduction and construction costs of a 12.4 million open pit ore tonne per annum operation, as detailed in the TEO Project Russian feasibility study. The Company does not foresee this financing being readily available in order to advance the Project to production.
-- The Company has received no other proposals for the acquisition of Kun-Manie and is not in discussions with any other parties regarding a disposal of the asset.
-"- The Company does not foresee that another offer to purchase Kun-Manie would be forthcoming in the event that the current offer is rejected.
Cant believe some investors just have tunnel vision and believe another offer will come, this snippet and phrase used in rns "final opportunity". They still dont want to read what is in the rns, if amc run out of cash company will lose its asset no one will invest in russia, amc cannot hold onto asset and kick the can hoping another offer will come.
"...and has ultimately concluded that this is now the final opportunity to recoup the Company's sunk costs in Russia when taking into account a number of internal and external factors that have affected the Kun-Manie Project:"
Im registered user, dont work for company nor do i know anyone in the company.

Astar,
I agree with your sentiment, the previous deal was a definite no, which I voted for without regrets, this one is different in so far be that we get some money upfront and then can decide to sell our shares to get rid of
these arse*holes that are parading as BoD at our expense.
1.56 million yes votes gone in via HL from me
Many thanks Maestro. I didn’t vote for the last deal as I was ambivalent about the outcome. The main difference for me this time around (and why it’s a materially better deal for shareholders) is that AMC have promised a dividend in the very near term that is comprised of substantially all of the sale proceeds. Had they declared that the special dividend would be less than the current sp I could see this being rejected again, but a payout that is higher that we are today, offering holders a chance to average down is an opportunity not to be missed. We won’t get a better deal.
Rns snippets, when big business men say its last offer then its last.
"The US$ 35 million offer for the purchase of our Kun-Manie asset is a last and final offer from Bering Metals LLC, a Russian incorporated company controlled by Vladislav Sviblov."
"Given the geopolitical situation, we HIGHLY recommend that shareholders approve the offer which at completion and receipt of a single payment of US$ 35 million, a special dividend of 1.8 pence will be paid to shareholders within 90 days of receipt of funds."
Should shareholders reject the sale of Kun-Manie, there are virtually NO alternatives available to our advancing development of the project. This includes a sale to non-Russian entities or to the ever increasing list of Russian sanctioned mining companies, funding institutions and banks. The majority of international resource associated entities within Russia have or are also withdrawing from Russian activities and operations.
"The Company does NOT foresee that another offer to purchase Kun-Manie would be forthcoming in the event that the current offer is rejected."
If your shares are held with them you can email them whether your for, against or want to abstain resolution.
You have to do this 5 business day before the vote.
Good luck
Its yes for me, we are at the end.
Directors said if the deal is rejected there are no alternatives to take the project forward.
Look at syria, russia, usa and iran are still in their. Nato and ukraine have said we will not negotiate unless russia withdraws fully, this isnt gonna happen. So this conflict will last years.
Amc is small fish, for all russia can do is take the asset away from us, what will we do? Take them to arbitration, how will we fund that? Will they care?
I suggest the no voters read the rns it states that this is Svidlov final offer, no more. Stubborn ones hoping for a miracle will not happen, you will lose it all. If you are so damn in losing it then take offer and give to charity as least someone benefits.
Last time only 22% of voting rights voted, 75% of those voted no, alot of finally conceded this time this is last offer so i see it passing.
Read the rns, directors and lawyers and nomads would have verified the rns.
itasanyonesguess - get the facts right before you insult someone - makes you look like the polisher and them the polished!
Rudedog
Just email or phone barclays and tell them you want to vote yes for the sale. Its as simple as that.
The war has changed this to a distressed asset and distressing it is for us all with money here. It can be taken away if we do not push through this sale and receive this 'special' dividend of a mere 1.8p. But this is the end of the road unfortunately and a great disappointment for many who like me expected way more. Wars change everything. 50% down but I would rather have that than zero. Hobson's Choice really - no choice at all
Does anyone use Barclays Smart Investor and know how to register the vote through the platform please?
It’s a Yes from me by the way. Have been in the share since 2009 and like many have been through lots of highs and lows with AMC, but feel this is the last chance to extract some value.
AMCs exploration / mining licence was issued with a set of obligations . Yes , we probably can submit a Mining Plan for consideration and approval by the RF . But then what ? AMC cannot advance further than completing this cash wasteful paper exercise . We would legally lose the KM project Licence .
The economic landscape in Russia has changed- consider the Multi Nationals that have lost hundreds of millions in leaving Russia . We have unfortunately reached the end of the road ( that term will not be lost on LTH s )
