Share count didn't increase by 75% last week. They got authority to issue new shares in the future. Only a small fraction have been utilised to pay salaries. Impact on market cap is therefore nil.

The directors are converting their salaries into shares at a c.43% premium to today's share price.

I'd much rather they did that than do another placing at 0.00002p to pay them in cash.

Reasons to be positive:

1. Directors will now be buying in at a 33% premium to current share price

2. Valuation is 1.0x current revenue and 0.6x projected revenue for this year

3. Cash in the bank until at least H2 this year

Thats all before new contracts are announced.

That's some premium the chairman has effectively paid. 0.43p is more than 100x the current share price of 0.0036p
