Thanks for your help
Preferably Alba totally focused on the Clogau Gold Mine and Dolgellau Gold Field.
Alba did this with Zinc in Limerick, a small licence within the Big players.. Spent loads of Money on Drilling and Exploration to eventually give it away.. PL3824 eventually went to Group Eleven for nothing.
Wouldn't be surprised that Geologist Samuel Hooke runs the Andover West Lithium Project.. left Alba to find work in Western Australia :)))
Llechfraith has the potential to be another Clogau St.Davids Gold Mine.. need to focus on this GF & MA
· alba has secured an option to acquire an initial 50% interest in the lithium rights over the highly prospective andover west lithium project in the west pilbara, western australia (the "andover west project" or the "project"), comprising exploration licence e47-3373 ("aw1") and exploration licence application ela47-4844 ("aw2") (the "optioned licences").
· a significant amount of lithium exploration activity has taken place in neighbouring tenements in recent years, including the discovery at the andover project immediately to the east of aw2 of numerous thick, high-grade lithium intersections (e.g. 209.4m @ 1.42% li₂o).
· the andover project's 60% owner, azure minerals, is currently the subject of an approved takeover by han**** prospecting and sqm which values azure at a$1.7 billion.
· western australia already hosts four of the world's biggest lithium mines, with combined reserves exceeding 500 mt.
· favourable geology within the optioned licences is indicative of the significant lithium potential of the andover west lithium project:
o the adjacent west pilbara lithium project has identified mineralisation within pegmatites in the roebourne group basalts. these basalts are also present in the optioned licences.
o large ne-sw trending structures present in the roebourne basalts within aw1 have shown high lithium anomalies (1.8% li₂o) further south-west in the osborne jv tenement.
o a small section of the andover intrusion is present in the north-west of aw2. given the andover intrusion hosts the azure lithium discovery (with a target estimate of 100-240 million tonnes grading 1.0-1.5% li₂o), this represents a priority target for future exploration.
· if, following the carrying out of confirmatory due diligence during the initial 30-day option period, alba elects to exercise the option for a 50% interest in the lithium rights over the optioned licences, it will pay gbp 250,000 in alba shares at a premium of 25% above the vwap of alba ordinary shares in the 15 trading days prior to the exercise of the option plus 1 for 1 attaching 12 month share warrants at an exercise price of 0.2p per share.
· an unincorporated joint venture shall be formed for the exploration of the lithium rights over the tenements, with each party contributing to expenditures on a pro rata basis and alba being appointed manager with ultimate responsibility for setting budgets and work programmes.
· alba shall have pre-emption rights and a separate tag-along right in respect of any sale or disposal by the other jv partner of its 50% of the lithium rights in the tenements.
george frangeskides, alba's executive chairman, commented:
"we are delighted to have secured an option to acquire a 50% interest in the andover west lithium project in the west pilbara, including management rights. western australia is home to some of the world's biggest and best iron
Printer, valid question. The answer is there are a lot of balls in the air, but unfortunately it’s just balls.
There’s an Alba video from 2 months ago saying updates on a few thing in the coming weeks….assys, uav analysis, waste tips and there’s always something from groc.
Maybe I've asked because I've not had an answer as such back surely the powers that be know cos share holders can make or break a project if things go too slow by pulling out not me Im on about others if there is very little movement
What happens to horsehill when ukog goes belly up. 🤷
6 months
Don’t you see nobody knows
Printerman62, joking
Yes in two years time
Printerman62. I'm not sure but as it's now the 3rd time you have asked the same or similar question when and what do you think?
Morning so how much longer before we see more progress on here any ideas?
If you believe fair enough ! Keep putting in your money in ! check twitter ffs it must be true ! Your in deep and desperate shocker that , check twitter omg ! What baloney ffs you need help
Check the Twitter plenty update on clogau.
Bulk samples from waste pits taken and currently going through processing
FollowTheVein,
... and more analysis of the airborne surveys.
There's a lot going on since Alba gained access to Level 4. There should be no shortage of news in the next few weeks.
We are now trapped ! If any sign of Gold they will dilute ,any signs now in Australia they will dilute ,in the mean time EV cars are being dumped no dought you will all jump on me , George is Clever and know hoem
Ocelot , I was disappointed with no clear update on Clogau with the latest interview.
Was hopin for Llechfraith and waste tip updates.
It’s likely to be in london as with most agm.
London is the company offices although yes they have a small officer nearby the mine
Is the AGM in London?
It would be good to be in Wales not far from the mine/office. Maybe hire a room in one of the hotels about 10-15 minutes away (Barmouth or similar).
Maybe more shareholders could attend.
Or is that a bad thing with current SP?
Maybe get some good news out first, SP up, don't do a placing, but have AGM then.
Just a thought, its Possible Good Public Relations.
Just my opinion etc
I wish they had asked us! Agm requires serious questions if held in person next month!
If this was big the Aussies would Know 100% only a nonesense AIM figure who has done Zero to blag on and on , No Gold not even broken up the big rocks oh sorry waste tips ( the clue is there ! ) to prove shiiite all ,keep putting in your money George is a ! You look watch this will drag on now till 25 ,
PS - I would have voted against this if it had come up at AGM, in fact I will vote at the next AGM to deny the directors the opportunity to make acquisitions. It must have been on their mind at the last raise, hence the wording.
Option 3 is not out of the question here , sadly.
Hi all
Aa aNewbie interested in what Alba is doing or going to do the use of Clogau 400,000 whatever is only a wet finger in the air. As far as I know. It is not a measure of known reserves or potential reserves. But I could be wrong, as always but willing to learn.
Plus the stockpiles of waste? Would they be the rock removed whilst following the quartz veins because you cannot just send a small person along the vein?
Is there any evidence that the local rock also contains fines like in alluvial mining can?
Newbie naive and not knowing much but willi g to learn.
