Whatever happens at this price most of us will be well down. I cannot see anything good long term from reabold apart from the never never west newton.

If this BOD had done a good job here, then we should have been taking over reabold a couple of years back with our Wressle excess cash !!

What are mess this company has got itself into.

Was it not a few years ago that UJO was lending money to Europa £1M (19th october 2022 it was paid back).

It was also only a couple of years back we had regular £1M updates of cash flow from wressle.

Probably well over £20M by now.

So if the company needs a million quite quickly and so close to the Agm, why didn't Bramhill lend the money on a directors loan?

Or maybe he's squandered his wages as fast as he's squandered UJO's cash pile, Or with the likely information on voting coming through in advance he's securing his redundancy and leaving the next chairman with a scorched earth scenario, so he has nothing to maneuver the business back upwards where it should be.

This smells like the acts of a desperate and spiteful to existing shareholders man.

This company has some fantastic potential but,

And its a big but.

The Welsh gold prospect and that's still currently what it is, holds some great marketing possibilities if the right team do the job correctly.

Unfortunately at this time, there's not the proven gold (but that could change in a matter of weeks) as the results from all the blasting and processing with the new equipment prove positive.

The finsbro might be a right off and a bit of a wasted balls up by the management!!

Horsehill, might come back on line sooner rather than later or if not with surrey council, then with a less crazy green policy either with reform or tory or a coalition of the two.

Motzfeldt could well be a shining light, but again its a bit of a twisted mess in my opinion and another grey area with the chairman and associates. This could well be a big money takeover by the Americans similar to many other greenland licences.

All this as I suggest has great potential, but I fo feel the board needs a few changes with the addition of a strong board member who actually supports the shareholders rather than what seems more to be the current board.

There are some great PR shareholders like Robbie, ScotAlba, Ocelot, DavidE etc and a wealth of knowledge that could well help this SP, if GF actually worked with its loyal shareholder base.

Unfortunately none of the attendee shareholders from last years AGM could attend this time, due to personal commitments and some comments of felt a lot let down last year. So not sure yet if any other shareholders actually attended and if there was anything constructive said.

But again, a company with potential IF !

I bought more in today, I do expect more placings and a consolidation at some point.

But could also be an offer for some or all of the company.

Just my opinion as a long term holder here.

I've seen the SP around 50p with the hype of £1 by a historical Christmas. I've seen it down to around 2p and bought more to lower my break even.

In all that time the best was the regular £1M updates on cash income. Since then the BOD has increased their salary whilst the SP and cash has dwindled away.

America sounded a good idea especially with the suicidal actions of the recent government(s) x2. But unfortunately the unproven profitability is just talk and the once regular good news rns updates of how good the cash flow is have vanished. I'd suggest the obvious "there is no good news" the only constant is BOD excessive salary along with irregular drilling for what seems !! Expensive stripper wells that maybe profitability on a day by day basis, but would take years to break even on initial investment drill.

Does anybody know about any of the royalties income or break even dates? Or is this another BOD smokescreen.

I don't know much about Mr Howie or Mr Americanos, but as they have "decent skin in the game", they won't want dilution or whatever income wasted. They will get their values increased by making this a profitable company again.

I believe a comment describing insanity is "doing the same thing and expecting different results !!".

I know many people out there do not know me at all and my opinion won't carry much weight.

But I will be voting FOR Mr. Howie in and NOT split or dilute the shares and Vote against the current BOD that have bled the company over the last few years.

If the votes went this way, I'd fully expect the SP to go back over 5p, stabilise a bit with some constructive action plans, additional board members and in a few months after picking up some initial broken pieces another placing at 5p plus warrants attached with an offer to existing shareholders and unfortunately other retail investors as well.

They'll need the money for Wrestle, potentially west newton and potentially America if worth it.

Although UK isn't worth it currently, I genuinely feel it will be again in the not to distant future (2 ish years).

Milliband, Starmer etc need to support THE UK, not foreign producers. But this will take time and an election.

Unfortunately UJO is not likely to get back towards 50p or the illusive £1 any time soon, but with a new focus and business plan, we could still make money from the current nominal SP of 5p.

Just think every 1p from 5p is a 20% move.

Decimal place error at 8.32am ish 2.5m (bought & sold = corrected) then straight after at correct price. Well at least its a purchase.

Another chunky one 23m a couple of minutes later. So some positive sentiment.

Unfortunately there's loads of tonne bags around the site in need of processing and then getting shut of. Not enough equipment that can do it fast enough or staff to run it.

But you never know, a couple of my friendly contacts have the photos of the site and often think of constructive ideas. If only the BOD would listen and answer questions to the shareholders, then this could be a good business and the SP would indeed be 10 times higher than current SP.

Well it looks like reabold if getting the cash together for West Newton.

No mention of our 16.67% contribution yet.

I suspect if the Oza family are buying up Reabold shares prior and in new subscription, then I would think if there's enough money splashing about then it makes sense to also buy in Union Jack at under 5p, in anticipation of hyping this SP up to get a placing sorted at 5p per share here plus warrants.

As our current BOD has wasted our cash pile, then they need a further placing to get anywhere.

Expect SP to get to about 6p then followed by a 5p+ placing and see what happens then !!

50/50 gamble for success or another flop waste.

I'd love to break even and maybe make a profit here?

I notice there's nothing about the shares being un suspended. I would assume this was be tradeable again once placing is sorted.

Don't get me wrong or think I'm anti Alba.

I'm very pro Alba and have talked directly and in person to several Board members over the last year or so and all I want is a successful company that I have invested money and time in and I want the best deal possible for shareholders.

I genuinely believe the Motzfeldt deal could be at a better rate for us with a fairer price.

Also a lot more communication with us with regards placings and future investments.

I will be voting NO to the 3 proposals as I would like a better deal. Then I will back the board 100% with a better deal and more comprehensive communication.

As they say every little helps, potentially including individual investors for quantity of people voting.

So it all matters, with 1 share or millions of shares.

I genuinely feel that the majority of genuine shareholders on this board want the best for all shareholders.

I think Motzfeldt is potentially good, but this deal could be considerably better for existing shareholders with a more appropriate and cost effective deal.

It could still take many years, for Motzfeldt development, but let's a least get a good deal for the waiting time.

There well could be a positive side to Motzfeldt, but I'm a bit concerned to say the least about the actual purchase price at such an early stage of testing etc.

Anyone who's seen my previous posts know I'm generally positive on Alba although diluted down drastically and with the SP drop on some of my shares I'm 90% down.

Ok I've averaged down a bit and stay optimistic, but this purchase against valuation price of about 7 times the value seems very excessive.

Would it not be better with some proof of assets?

Don't troll me to death, I'm just trying to get honest value for money as every investor should look for.

How to grow the Business Heid, come on your better than that.

All he needs initially at this low level with AIM is a positive business plan, removal of Bramall and buddy, a couple of decent backers and a cash flow forecast from Wressle, royalties !, America ! along with halving at least the waste of wages for the current board. If he also gets any form of partnership with Reabold family with their millions, then this UJO could double overnight if not more.

Get that to over 5p reasonably easily, then your looking at a placing level about minimum 5p amount.

If its so good sounding then current SP treble towards 10p, then people will be queuing up for a placing, especially with warrants attached.

He may even sort the IOU warrants from last time with an EOGM.

Come on this is Aim and anything is possible.

DB has totally lost the confidence of the shareholders.

From the panic placing and warrants that the shareholders wouldn't allow to a duster well plus giving up with license.

Let alone the previous 12 months ish with the promise of an American Dream (Nightmare waste).

This company was booming with approximately 4-6 weeks announcements of another Wressle million in the bank and at one point, if memory serves me right with £10M in the bank and share price around 50p ish.

To now a shadow of its former prospects.

If this was politics the the leader would fall on his sword and go.

David, this has gone down too far, you have lost your former credibility. You need to go now along with your No.2.

This company is currently a mockery and the many, many long term holders have paper lost and some actual lost many, many thousands of pounds.

You've had several years of high wages for this disastrous turn-out, so a multi millionaire you are, now time to leave a let someone clean up the mess and restore some credibility, then a takeover at preferably over 10p/share in some company that at least might offer us the prospect of a break even before we get to retirement age.
