I've just again had a proper look at Alba on the simply wallstreet website and yes its worth a look for anybody for another perspective on the company.

I wouldn't get too worried about who the top 25 shareholders are as most look like institutions and some if not all of these might well be holdings for multiple individuals. GF as you say was not shown and he has declared as he has to, around 48M shares (so these could well be held in one or more of the institutions).

I also didn't see Hargreaves Landsdown on there and I know for a fact they hold shares that would put them in the top 25 of this list.

It would be great to have GF and MA buying more into the company, I'm not sure if MA has any currently, but he may have share options or bonuses etc. I'm not sure? It may also be a closed period still with all the news frequently coming through.

Well that was a waste of time and more bull than an average dairy farm. Lower quartile remuneration than their piers, thats a joke and skirted around the issues.

I fear that this company is now nothing more than a farm out dream and an excuse for the BOD to get high wages for a poor performance company. I'm not happy at all, even less happy after this PPP investor meet.

There's always a point to an RNS, this one obviously is to just advertise the company more with response to the latest chinese news.

I also believe that the costs for RNS's are an annual charge, so if its 1 or 100 announcements, the cost is the same (I understand).

Anyway it is something now recorded do if a potential investor looks up Greenroc in the future and reads this, it may just encourage them to buy in and therefore the SP may rise further, as in so far today.

So in my opinion every RNS has a point, if only for a recorded update on company progress, preferably positive as in this case.

Worth a read and could well be positive for Greenroc going forward. Market cap way to small for the potential and SB seems to be developing quite a few paths to the development.

It would be great if it was possible to get up and running earlier.

Chill out Lee, you'll be able to get out soon, maybe even a slight profit one day.

I'd imagine it would be an idea that if any of these mines where of interest to Alba, then maybe they could contact 1 or more of these mine explorer's and to locate the various mines, then secure them with a steel frame type lockable door.

I appreciate that a determined person, could still get in, but opportunistic explorers might just be deterred.

They could then be good for future exploration and develop, abandon or moth ball. If nothing else it would show an element of health and safety and responsibility to people that Alba are trying to do the right things.

I'm not sure on costs, access and feasibility but it would be bad if someone got hurt and also bad if they acquired gold that should be in Alba's license.

Just a thought and I'm sure the BOD has already considered this.

Well here's another video from the Alba team. Looks like 45 videos on the site so far and 3 over the last week or so.

I think there's a hell of a lot of potential here, let's hope people take notice of the videos and start picking up this stock for its future.

If that goes to plan and the SP rises as people would expect, then we could expect a few placings over the next couple of years plus and then hopefully with our friends at NRW we might get to digging some up for an income.

Still good feeling on this company and if the UK actually gets to being more self reliant on its natural resources then onwards and upwards.

Gold, copper, silver + graphite and GF suggested other opportunities so maybe even some Cornish Lithium maybe. We could be self sufficient supplying the main components for the battery Mega factories.

Watching and taking in SB of Greenroc, a uk processing plant for the graphite could be matched with ore from Wales etc to another plant.

A self sustained UK could be great.

Definitely good positive news and SB looking for funding from other sources, which is great (Grants do not need to be paid back). These type of projects are essential for development and obviously can cost quite a few pounds in cash burn to prove we have a good product.

I notice this grant is for about 67% of the cost at £257k ish, so we need to put in about £130k ish.

So I would imagine we will need another placing over the winter. Hopefully the SP will get up quite a bit so the placing is at a better less dilutive price. I'd hope if the SP gets to over 5p and a placing at 4.5p + then that would be better.

I reckon we need some more good news to boost the SP up before a placing is done.

Feels quite cheap at the moment, with all the potential.

Nice link Scotalba. Definitely appears that the PR updates and videos etc are increasing, this should make Alba considerably more visible to new investors and as you said earlier, it only takes a visual gold sighting to get the excitement going.

Hi Robbie,

I got another 5M a couple of weeks back @.0084 so that was nice. I'm just sorting a SIPP out this week, so plan is to get more once all organised.

I'm a bit late on the pension sorting, but I've always a few tricks up my sleeve. I'm hoping we get an invite to Wales this year so we can maybe have a face to face with GF & MA.

I have a good feeling about this mine and the other prospects, although it still might take a while to get fully operational.

I'd like a face to face as I'd imagine a lot of shareholders would, just to get a better feeling for the investment. I reckon upto 20 shareholders with a decent conference room in a hotel in Barmouth (about 10 miles from the mine) would be a good initial start. Hint hint GF & co.

Maybe a bacon & egg butty and brew for start of a meeting then see how it goes. 20+ buttys can be easily put through petty cash as entertainment and is tax deductible.

Anyway GLA , DYOR etc and fingers crossed.

According to AA its only 2 1/2 hours drive for me and I'd imagine Barmouth would be a good base to sleep.

I do appreciate the tongue in cheek stuff, the world is too woke and a bit of sarcasm in this world should be expected without stressing.

Yes you are correct if the pump outlet is at the same height as the inlet. Ideal if the outlet is lower than the water level as you could just siphon out, but knowing our luck there's bound to be a few twists, kinks and problems and probably an NRW bloke stood on the outlet pipe just to make things difficult.

Truth is we don't really know and it shows how desperate we all are for a bit of constructive news.

I watched a video on youtube yesterday, i think it was something like hunt for the royal gold mines. I'll try and find a link. But it looked a bloody catacombs of old mine tunnels, if thats what we have then its a bigger job than probably any of us thought.

I'm sure GF & MA have got it under control and a map or notices in the mine, so people don't get lost etc. I'd also appreciate if that is our mine, then the health and safety would be frightening.

Good point divermike about the risk of pollution. Although GF states its rainwater of which I think we all believe, but NRW wouldn't take the chances at all.

But again if they had a suggestion of allowing the water out based on the current average rainfall, then there shouldn't be a problem. If its raining pump more if its dry pump less (could be a solution!).

Another point to make about the pumps, although they will have a good pump or more already, the cheap ones won't have enough power to pump from the bottom of the shafts up and out of the mine. The pumps are sized generally in volume and head height. You can get a pump to let's say do a 1000l/H at 1 metre head. But if the water is a few meters deep and the outlet could also be 5,10,20 metres of head height to the settlement tanks out of the mine the pump will just get back pressure and not get anywhere. So its gonna need a big pump, just to get the water out of the mine.

Just thought I'd help a bit, it's not as simple as it sounds. Ps. I do sell a lot of pond pumps.
