Mining tycoons battle over lithium’s ‘corridor of power’ in Australia
https://www.ft.com/content/ce18cc79-b501-440e-a12a-1473fd85d88e
I `E` mailed ALBA to ask for any crumb of comfort regarding gold and
tailings. Nothing back yet. Will inform bb if I do hear. ff
Wouldn't be surprised it's Artemis Resources with Elizabeth Henson now a Director there from 24th April.
Plus George Frangeskides was a Director there when Alba got Amitsoq from Artemis.. GF was also at Alba.. also with Lenigas at Artemis.
Not sure if one Licence is an Option for Application.. I presume that's the one that intrudes onto Andover.
If anything can always Search for Gold in Pilbara and Sell it as Welsh Gold.. Clogau Gold doing that anyway 😀😃🙂
I'd like to know who the partner is too, and why we are not being told. What's the big secret? George looked pretty shifty in that video, like he was trying to explain to his wife why he had been away for a business trip with a close female friend. He is cheating on Clogau!
'It looks as if West Andover was presented to Alba as an opportunity'
What will they do when a marvellous bloke offers them an option to earn into a Vibranium mine? A cynic might wonder if any of the BOD have family in Australia or are thinking of emigrating and quite fancy having flights to the other side of the world paid for by AIM shareholders on a regular basis...
Clogau was blocked for ages by NRW. HH is blocked by UKOG's lack of funds. The Greenland assets are now in a separate quoted company, GROC, and have been reduced to 2, Amitsoq and TBS.
It looks as if West Andover was presented to Alba as an opportunity, an opportunity they considered worth taking a closer look at.
Why are we allocating precious treasure to a speculative enterprise 11000 miles away when we have yet to produce any gold from the mine or the waste heap? What has the rock crusher been doing all these years FFS put the money in the mine and extract fingers and gold!
Just an idea but if your a vendor you give alba half the costs and full responsibility for development sitting back taking 50% of the profit as a passive joint partner.
I would like to know who the partner is
It sounds as if Alba will be inspecting the ground for themselves very soon, before their option matures, so we should learn more within the next month.
Still doesn't explain it though, especially now the Azure cat is out of the bag. Why is whoever they are getting the option from selling it? Why wouldn't you wander the landscape to see if you can see pegmatite out crops?
I had a look on Google earth, it's quite easy to tie in the Azure landscape into a SW to NE surface geological pattern. It's a barren spot so you can see surface geology pretty well. Have a look at Roebourne, WA.
In his video interview with lse above, GF explains that their Andover West licences have been explored in the past for other minerals but never for lithium.
I believe they have a 30 day option before committing. Did GF mention one licence intrudes onto the Andover intrusion
https://youtu.be/CcvOihgvstE?feature=shared
who said thanks to alba and all the team for there efforts only 0.002 increase they diluted where are now still rubbish ,we are screwed lots of ******s here
Hmm. Its a 'why?', not so much the why buy it, but why were they able to buy it. The Azure guy basically said you can wander round and spot pegmatite outcrops with visible spodumene. If the plot that Alba is potentially buying into has the same geological features why hasn't someone already snapped it up? Azure is valued in the billions now, surely they should be doing an epic land grab of every bit of similar landbank they could find in the area?
In the video posted by Ocelot at about 10:20 there is a map with the pegmatite outcrops marked in red. The look to be running more or less East West through the block, with nothing really recorded in the NW corner. Alba's block is NW of this!
You would assume they would at least have a geologist wander over the landscape before committing to the purchase, its only common sense. But if you were selling wouldn't you have already done the same?
Toss a lot ! U need liittle tos o lots to put money into a total scam ! Fools the lot of u ffs dont listen to knob heads here ! In deep shiiii..g their pants another waste of money and time
Put ur money in its a great price ! For nothing but bollo
18/20 years time ! Meanwhile there are second hand shops for sale ! Total and utter rubbish , no proof nothing , a banker would nevet touch this total rubbish total Scam !
I post again the video FollowTheVein posted on 24/04 at 16:31 on Azure Minerals and their Andover project's Lithium:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTWfuiZpEWg
From 13:00, Azure's MD provides a summary: he uses the word "exciting" a number of times within about 40 seconds.
Let's hope some of that excitement can become associated with Alba.
You never see progress NEV-ER there is a obvious pattern to alba's projects. Which is they don't produce anything. You'd think by now they would have started to mine something somebody wanted even if it was by accident.
Got 10 million shares today hopefully won’t take long to shut up
Thanks for your help
Preferably Alba totally focused on the Clogau Gold Mine and Dolgellau Gold Field.
Alba did this with Zinc in Limerick, a small licence within the Big players.. Spent loads of Money on Drilling and Exploration to eventually give it away.. PL3824 eventually went to Group Eleven for nothing.
Wouldn't be surprised that Geologist Samuel Hooke runs the Andover West Lithium Project.. left Alba to find work in Western Australia :)))
Llechfraith has the potential to be another Clogau St.Davids Gold Mine.. need to focus on this GF & MA
· alba has secured an option to acquire an initial 50% interest in the lithium rights over the highly prospective andover west lithium project in the west pilbara, western australia (the "andover west project" or the "project"), comprising exploration licence e47-3373 ("aw1") and exploration licence application ela47-4844 ("aw2") (the "optioned licences").
· a significant amount of lithium exploration activity has taken place in neighbouring tenements in recent years, including the discovery at the andover project immediately to the east of aw2 of numerous thick, high-grade lithium intersections (e.g. 209.4m @ 1.42% li₂o).
· the andover project's 60% owner, azure minerals, is currently the subject of an approved takeover by han**** prospecting and sqm which values azure at a$1.7 billion.
· western australia already hosts four of the world's biggest lithium mines, with combined reserves exceeding 500 mt.
· favourable geology within the optioned licences is indicative of the significant lithium potential of the andover west lithium project:
o the adjacent west pilbara lithium project has identified mineralisation within pegmatites in the roebourne group basalts. these basalts are also present in the optioned licences.
o large ne-sw trending structures present in the roebourne basalts within aw1 have shown high lithium anomalies (1.8% li₂o) further south-west in the osborne jv tenement.
o a small section of the andover intrusion is present in the north-west of aw2. given the andover intrusion hosts the azure lithium discovery (with a target estimate of 100-240 million tonnes grading 1.0-1.5% li₂o), this represents a priority target for future exploration.
· if, following the carrying out of confirmatory due diligence during the initial 30-day option period, alba elects to exercise the option for a 50% interest in the lithium rights over the optioned licences, it will pay gbp 250,000 in alba shares at a premium of 25% above the vwap of alba ordinary shares in the 15 trading days prior to the exercise of the option plus 1 for 1 attaching 12 month share warrants at an exercise price of 0.2p per share.
· an unincorporated joint venture shall be formed for the exploration of the lithium rights over the tenements, with each party contributing to expenditures on a pro rata basis and alba being appointed manager with ultimate responsibility for setting budgets and work programmes.
· alba shall have pre-emption rights and a separate tag-along right in respect of any sale or disposal by the other jv partner of its 50% of the lithium rights in the tenements.
george frangeskides, alba's executive chairman, commented:
"we are delighted to have secured an option to acquire a 50% interest in the andover west lithium project in the west pilbara, including management rights. western australia is home to some of the world's biggest and best iron
Printer, valid question. The answer is there are a lot of balls in the air, but unfortunately it’s just balls.
There’s an Alba video from 2 months ago saying updates on a few thing in the coming weeks….assys, uav analysis, waste tips and there’s always something from groc.
