"Speedy Hire PLC has been notified of a significant change in share ownership as Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited has crossed a threshold, now holding a combined total of 5.60% in voting rights and financial instruments, a notable increase from their previous position of 4.80%. The change occurred on April 22, 2024, and was officially reported the following day, signaling a potential shift in stakeholder influence over the company"

What AFC purveyed clearly to all investors on the recent IMC meeting is that:
1) AFC Energy is SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUED.
2) The AFC Energy broker forecasts do not include a penny for the 200kW system
3) The AFC Energy Ammonia Cracker is, according to Ammonia Industry experts, worth much more than the current Market Capitalisation of AFC Energy.
I fully expect AFC Energy to reiterate these major points and many more at the AGM, and especially so at the Capital Markets Event where they can be even more open about the valuation as they will be dealing solely with 'sophisticated investors' at that event.
PI's not taking advantage of what they were told is their prerogative, but IMVHO will lead to them losing out to the big money that will hoover up any loose stock.
It’s also down on when AFC went public in 2006, a great investment !
How do you make that out? It's still down on the week.....talk about clutching at straws....
Boiiiiing!!
Pre-AGM rise.
Oh of course Pommy, that must be the reason. For a minute I thought that he doesn't want to risk losing any his of own money and doesn't care a jot about shareholders or how they perceive him.
Clutching at straws but nice to see Speedy on the high risers board two days running for no obvious reason
Maybe he doesn't need any more. He has 3 million in options
Can someone ask Bond when he intends to demonstrate his confidence int the company's prospects through buying more shares. He doesn't seem to have done that for several years.
Here's a question for one and all......The £2.0M supposed sale to SHS under the terms of the JVA.
How many units make up this initial sale?
Is the £2.0M solely in respect of the sale of the capital goods, and if not, what is the attribution of the headline £2.0M between capital goods sales and support and H2 supplies?
Has a value been applied to the cost of "services" being supplied by Speedy?
Until we know the answers to the above, the Speedy deal carries very little credibility and it's just another exercise in ambiguity.
Daz
Looks like the wheels are starting to fall off the bus (oh, no, that's going to happen on Thursday, of course)...Here's a wizard new application....why not target Billy Smart and Gerry Cottle to see whether they want AFC to power their circus tents. Surely there must be some sales empathy amongst clowns.....
Where are the units for Speedy ? Why isn’t Bond on social media sharing pics of a busy hangar full of technicians busily building systems ? I mean, for the first ever commercial large scale order you’d think Bond would be excited and share what’s happening yes ?
Where are orders from Tamgo ?
Where has anything commercial been delivered ? Considering we are nearly half way through the ‘year of delivery’.
Where’s the hockey stick sales curve ?
Where are there currently any of the first 10 power towers that were built in use ? Where are they ???
Anyone got news from potential customers posting on social media that they are trialling them ?
Garonne, you talk nonsense. You’ve been talking this stock down for as far as I remember. Strange for someone invested to do that.
Even stranger for someone to invest in a share on the basis of what random people say on a forum. Pretty sure you have a short position and think you can influence.
Not nasty Escala. Angry maybe. These 2 spoke overly optimistically about AFCs prospects at last year's AGM, which I'm sure encouraged some to invest and lose money. Losing money is a serious business!
But you do make it up Garonne. Every day. And now you are just nasty too. Pitiable.
Hi Oggs. Thanks for posting. Good to see the technology progressing and being validated.
Whatever they announce Git it will have to be taken with the proverbial pinch of salt as neither of these 2 clowns have any credibility. The shareprice hasn't recovered from their recent double act Q&A session on Investor Meet Company. It's an order book, Peter. Oh no it's not, Adam, it's a pipeline! You couldn't make it up!
Garonne……I can’t wait for the pair to arrive in their big flappy shoes, in their EV which will have been charged by the now redundant extreme e unit, only for the wheels to fall off….but that will be fine, because they’re probably about to announce a H2 powered flying machine that will only take about a million years to develop. And the assembles acolytes will just lap it up!
Glad…….really suspicious, that……if you’re paranoid…… that’s a bit like saying Haggis and Stock just might be the same person……errrr….not a good example, that…..
Is the small cap network in any way linked to the large sombrero association?
Not sure if already posted

The circus is in town at the Napier Suite, Brooklands Hotel on Thursday morning. It's hoped that much pie in the sky will be thrown around by chief clowns, Adam Bond and Peter Dixon Clarke much to the merriment of all in attendance. Not to be missed.
Gather enough clowns . . . . .
And you have a circus.
Every time I get a garmoan green box it's followed by four other green boxes. Seems to be an obvious gang or the same person with multiple names.
At least Haggis / McStock is productive when he’s working from home though…..
