Are you making reference to the RNS on 12th June giving exclusive access to a major pharma with the hope of a buyout / takeover?

Scancell Holdings plc (AIM: SCLP), the developer of novel oncology immunotherapies today announces a major international biotechnology company, will exclusively evaluate a Scancell investigational anti-glycan monoclonal antibody for development of novel therapeutic products. Under the terms of the agreement, Scancell has granted the company seven months exclusivity for evaluation, which includes an $1M exclusivity payment payable within 30 days.

It’s not a false statement though even there is a takeover in the offing. I’m not suggesting there is a takeover imminent.

EasyJet share price in my recent observations seems to climb a lot for a few weeks prior to a trading update and then plummet just before or just after the release of data. Hoping yesterday’s drop was the said drop and no more tomorrow!

What news did you expect 4 working days after the previous one and earlier RNS explaining the purpose of the raise?

£6m revenue forecasted for 2024 along with 1p dividend, £11.5m for 2025 with 2p dividend. Let’s see at year end where we are, shall we?

I assume that what AFC will deliver to Speedy under the current deal will be sufficient for Speedy to deliver to Amey, therefore there is no further financial benefit from Speedy/Amey deal for AFC.

However, what this signals is that Speedy is making deals and creating demand for more AFC units - so in future it’s a good possibility that Speedy will order more units from AFC - only then will AFC be able to announce in an RNS.
