Ade,
Do you hold a long or short position in AFC? Knowing that would give some context to why you think this company is going down the pan. And if you add some genuine thinking and facts to your reasoning, maybe it’ll add to the debate, rather than mudslinging.
Ade,
For someone supposedly invested in AFC you seem very happy whenever the price falls.
If you hold short positions and feel it’s the right thing, why not try adding something insightful with some reasoning to back your case. It’ll be helpful to everyone.
Just absolute trash talk is a waste of time.
Good results but this share price is so sensitive to any inkling of negative news. Seems to rise well leading up to the results and fall away after as it latches onto the slightest negative information. Looks like concern over Q1 24 will bring it lower.
Great. 5% down on meeting expectations.
Needs a takeover bid to get the price moving on this share I think. Otherwise, a good solid company.
Melvin,
Hydrogen tech is new and developing. The R&D takes years and then many more years to be adopted commercially.
If you want instant gratification, invest elsewhere or go on a different type of website.
Given the latest results and promising clinical trials so far, does anyone have any idea of success rates from this stage of trials to going full commercial on these products in the world of drug development?
I have no idea if it’s still really early to get too excited or are we saying that by this phase of trials we should have high confidence levels of success?
Ripley,
Did you read the latest RNS? There is an issue on the auditor side, not with Scancell’s accounts.
“Scancell's Board has been advised that the audit is substantially complete and has not been advised of any material audit issues.”
Questions over going concern would constitute ‘material audit issues’.
Weird and disappointing but it sounds like an issue with the audit team.
‘Scancell's Board has been advised that the audit is substantially complete and has not been advised of any material audit issues.’
Doesn’t sound like issues with the data or the finances.
This is the most fucjed off I’ve been with a share.
Lots of strong indicators for the future and much of the concerns are transient.
Record revenues, debts paid off, dividends to be declared, optimistic future growth and investment plans, customer numbers looking strong.
Oil prices are rising but they’ve been higher and to some extent hedged.
Massive overreaction by the market.
